With news throughout the week and one game in the books, I’ve adjusted the rest of season fantasy football PPR rankings. After one game against the Texans, Clyde Edwards-Helaire moved up into the top-8 amongst running backs. These rankings assume a lineup of one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, and one or two flex spots. Last weekend, I realized there were some errors in the rankings transferring over, which explains the differences in my first installment of the rest of season PPR fantasy football rankings.
2020 Fantasy Football – Rest of Season PPR Rankings
All In – Fantasy Football Rest of Season PPR Rankings
Tarik Cohen is a player I’m higher on with the injury to David Montgomery. However, David Montgomery logged limited practices this week with a questionable tag. The groin injury is still concerning with Montgomery. Earlier in the offseason, I wrote an article on Cohen explaining the reasons I love him in PPR leagues with the increased target volume in 2019. Antonio Gibson is another player I love that ranks right inside the top-30 at running back.
D.J. Chark and Terry McLaurin are two wide receivers to love in PPR leagues since we expect them to receive a large target share. If I could, I would move Chark and McLaurin higher up in the rest of season PPR rankings. Two other receivers I’m higher on for the rest of the season include Michael Gallup and Brandin Cooks. Cooks played a limited snap share in the Thursday night game since he dealt with a quad injury. For tight ends, T.J. Hockenson, Hayden Hurst, and Blake Jarwin are a few I’m all in on. All have breakout potential amongst tight ends this season.
Hesitations – Fantasy Football Rest of Season PPR Rankings
A few players I’m hesitant on – Tyler Higbee, Raheem Mostert, and A.J. Brown. All could blow up in my face in week one and may rise after a week or two of fantasy production. I mentioned Higbee as a tight end bust coming into 2020, and I’m concerned about the pass-catching usage of Raheem Mostert in the season-long PPR rankings. Since I’m higher on Michael Gallup, Amari Cooper is worrisome with similar production in 2019 yet completely different average draft positions.
