The season is off and running and Week 1 is behind us, I’m sure we would all like to think we know everything by now, right? I’m sure we all expected Aaron Rodgers to torch the division opponent Vikings, who he has recently struggled against, for 364 yards and 4 touchdowns. Oh yeah, and we knew Kyler Murray would finish as a top 5 QB in a bad matchup at San Francisco. That’s why we love Fantasy Football. Let’s try to do it again with our Week 2 Quarterback Rankings!
Managers had to love having Josh Allen in their lineup in Week 1 against the Jets. I am expecting much of the same this week against the Dolphins. Allen should see similar success as Cam Newton did running the ball against that defense. Keep him locked and loaded as a top 5 QB in Week 2. On the inverse, Carson Wentz finds himself outside of the top 15 in Week 2. The Eagles decimated offensive line is going to have a tough time against Aaron Donald and the LA Rams, pivot from Wentz to a streaming option with a plus matchup in Week 2.
For the most part, you should see similar success for the top performers from Week 1. Look for some clarity in the top ten going forward as guys we can count on, while weeding out those who can head to the waiver wire for the foreseeable future.
