Every week something seems to change drastically when it comes to ranking RBs. For Week 10 Jonathan Taylor reigns as the number one ranked RB. Taylor has just about the easiest schedule going forward starting with Jacksonville this week.
Some other good news this week is Christian McCaffrey is back and healthy. Just as a precaution I have him ranked at five this week. Chubba Hubbard has been playing well, and I see a couple of weeks of McCaffrey sharing the snap count.
Just as a reminder if you haven’t seen my other rankings, this list is based on half PPR scoring.

Week 10 RB Rankings Notes:
Najee Harris just edges out Dalvin Cook for the number two spot this week. Harris has the Lions, the third-worst defense against RBs, and Cook has the Chargers, the second-worst defense against RBs. Harris just beats Cook on the consistency. Cook has been so up and down this year and Harris has not scored under 15 since Week 1. Both are must starts, but the rookie is showing why he could be offensive rookie of the year.
Next, James Conner is ranked at 10 this week. Conner had his biggest week of the season scoring three total touchdowns against the 49ers. Chase Edmonds is going to miss the next few weeks with an ankle sprain. I expect Conner to be the workhorse he was in Pittsburgh and is a must-start this week against the Panthers. Before Edmonds went down, Conner was still putting up high fantasy points. Now with Edmonds out of the picture Conner will be a top 15 running back going forward.
Lastly, keep an eye out for Josh Jacobs. I have him ranked at 16 this week against the Chiefs. Jacobs is touchdown-dependent as he shares the ball with Kenyan Drake. But, Derek Carr is looking for any help he can get on offense. The Raiders also match up well against the Chiefs who haven’t looked themselves this year. Jacobs has also had a touchdown in every game he has played this year except for one. I see this being a high-scoring game and Jacobs having multiple touchdowns.
