I know, I know. Having to plug kickers and defenses into your fantasy lineups is one of the worst parts of fantasy football. Especially when you get beat because of it. But you get what you get, and you don’t get upset. So, let’s take a look at three potential defenses that could score you some points. There’s no reason you can’t be the one who wins their matchup because of their defense, right? Let’s see if my Week 7 D/ST streamers can help you do just that.

Indianapolis Colts Defense
The Colts have had a top five fantasy defense through six games this season. They get sacks, they get fumbles, they’ve had 5 Ints on the year, and they have a great rushing attack, which allows them to control the clock. With that said, they also face a San Francisco team in Week 7 that will either trot out a hobbled Jimmy Garoppolo, or a hobbled Trey Lance. Frankly, I’m not scared of either of those options this week. This defense is good. Start ’em.
Carolina Panthers Defense
Expert analysis: The Carolina Panthers will be playing the New York Giants in Week 7. The Giants are so injured, it’s impressive. If you know a Giants fan, make sure to comfort that person. They are not in good spirits. I’m sure of it.
Miami Dolphins Defense
Much like the Panthers recommendation, this one is similar. Despite Miami’s poor running game and poor QB play, will be playing the Atlanta Falcons, who have been much worse than Miami. Ridley has been out with personal issues, and Patterson (at 30 years old) is apparently their biggest weapon. I’m going to assume the Dolphins will gameplan to slow Kyle Pitts, and that’s really all they’ll need to worry about.
