Whether you’re looking for a dependable flex, extra depth, or a breakout candidate, I’ve identified key players set up for success. November is must-stash season—don’t miss the chance to lock in these difference-makers before Sunday kicks off. Let’s keep that playoff push alive!

Week 12 Weekend Waiver Wire

Quarterbacks

Tommy DeVito, New York Giants

Super easy schedule for the rest of the season. Danny Jones is completely out of the picture. The Giants play the Ravens, Falcons and Colts in the Fantasy playoffs which are bottom of the barrel at defending the pass.

Gardner Minshew, Las Vegas Raiders

Minshew managed 282 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Dolphins in Week 11. He has a tough matchup this week against the Broncos, but then four really easy match ups.

Other quarterbacks to consider:

  • Will Levis – Tennessee Titans, from Weeks 14 through 17, he has the easiest four-game stretch of any quarterback.
  • Jameis Winston – Cleveland Browns, Winston Has the Chiefs in Week 15 and the Bengals in Week 16. He will bring teams to the Championship round.

Quarterback Notes: Scary group here at QB. Let’s see what Tommy DeVito does this week.

Running Backs

Dylan Laube, Las Vegas Raiders

Word is that Laube will have a major role in the offense this week against the Broncos. In a massive bye week, I find myself playing him in a league. Please give me thoughts and prayers. On a serious note, Laube is talented and he will more than likely be ok if he has the volume.

Roschon Johnson, Chicago Bears

Johnson got 42% of the offensive snaps at running back in Week 11. He had 11 touches which he turned into 41 total yards. I would make the add based on the potential that his volume will rise. The Bears need to find a winning formula.

Other running backs to consider:

  • Cam Akers – Minnesota Vikings, Clear cut back up to Aaron Jones. He isn’t exciting but gets the touches when Jones is out.
  • Ray Davis – Buffalo Bills, The best handcuff in the league.

Running Back Notes: I am very interested in seeing what Laube can do. Roschon Johnson is the best add out of this group right now.

Wide Receivers

Marques Valdes-Scantling, New Orleans Saints

He has a bye this week, but the hyper-efficiency in the Rashid Shaheed role is something we probably shouldn’t ignore. Derek Carr likes the deep ball and MVS is the guy catching them. In the past two games, he has only 7 targets. But he has turned those into 5 receptions, 197 yards and three touchdowns.

Quentin Johnston, Los Angeles Chargers

QJ has a touchdown in each of the past three games. Johnston is the deep ball threat for the passing attack of the Chargers and all he has to do is run fast. Justin Herbert will get him the ball.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Tennessee Titans

Nick had 6 targets in Week 11. He only caught two, but that was for 117 yards and a touchdown. This guy has scored a touchdown in five of the last six games. Can’t ignore it anymore.

Other wide receivers to consider:

  • Xavier Legette – Carolina Panthers, Coming off a bye week.
  • Elijah Moore – Cleveland Browns, he already played but he also had 9 targets. Didn’t do much with them but we should watch him.
  • Devaughn Vele – Denver Broncos, second most snaps and targets on the Broncos. Might ay off in the stretch run as an addition now.

Wide Receiver Notes: Johnston is the priority add at wide receiver for me. The guys with the hyphenated last names really should be rostered in 12-team leagues or larger. Yes, both MVS and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine are even flex-worthy plays.

Tight Ends

Theo Johnson, New York Giants

Theo has a new quarterback in Tommy DeVito who will most likely target the tight end. He also has a great matchup in Week 12 against the Buccaneers. The Bucs give up the fourth most fantasy points to tight ends.

Hunter Henry, New England Patriots

Still writing about him, because he is still out there. In Week 11 he had 9 Targets, which Henry turned into 6 receptions and 63 yards.

Other tight ends to consider:

Luke Schoonmaker – Dallas Cowboys, 10 targets in Week 11, which he turned into 6 receptions and 56 yards.

Will Dissly – Los Angeles Charger – Dissly has 6 targets in each of the past two games. He is heavily involved in the Chargers passing game.

Tight End Notes: Henry isn’t exciting but is startable. Dissly should already be rostered. Theo could be a very exciting piece for the rest of the season. Schoonmaker is a plug-and-play in PPR this week.
