Only three games around the league Thursday, led off by Kawhi Leonard making his return to San Antonio to what can best be described as a frosty reception. The Spurs were able to pull away early and were never troubled thanks to the continued strong play of Bryn Forbes. I’ll have a look at all three games and whether any fringe players were able to rock the fantasy boat.

Fantasy Basketball Fringe Report
Players to Add
Bryn Forbes, Danuel House
Players to Stream
Mason Plumlee, Malik Beasley, Austin Rivers, Gerald Green
San Antonio Spurs def. Toronto Raptors 125-107
Spurs
Pau Gasol (42%) – Drop
Bryn Forbes (41%) – Add: Forbes dropped in a career-high six three-pointers Thursday as the Spurs blew out the Raptors. Forbes has now scored in double-figures in eight consecutive games, hitting multiple triples in all eight. He can also chip in with assists from time to time and the time has come to grab him if you need some scoring depth.
Jakob Poeltl (37%) – Drop
Patty Mills (25%) – Drop: Mills scored in double-figures for the second straight game but typically does nothing else and can be left on the waivers.
Marco Belinelli (21%) – Watch: Belinelli has cooled off over the past week but is still a player to watch as he could get hot again very quickly.
Lonnie Walker (20%) – Drop
Davis Bertans (16%) – Watch: Much like Marco Belinelli, Bertans is a player to keep an eye on if you need some perimeter scoring.
Dante Cunningham (7%) – Drop
Qunicy Pondexter (1%) – Drop
Raptors
OG Anunoby (32%) – Drop
Delon Wright (17%) – Drop
Greg Monroe (14%) – Drop: Monroe notched 12 points and six rebounds Thursday but the minutes and associated production are far too inconsistent to warrant a roster spot.
Norman Powell (9%) – Watch: Powell scored 14 points for the second straight game and has been coming on over the past two weeks. He has moved ahead of C.J. Miles in the rotation and is a player to watch although his ceiling remains capped.
C.J. Miles (8%) – Drop
Chris Boucher (7%) – Drop
Lorenzo Brown (2%) – Drop
Denver Nuggets def. Sacramento Kings 117-113
Nuggets
Mason Plumlee (42%) – Stream: Plumlee started and played 30 minutes Thursday, recording a double-double with production across the board. He will likely lose his starting spot to Paul Millsap very soon but as long as he is starting, he could be streamed in at a pinch.
Malik Beasley (38%) – Stream: Beasley finally cooled off Thursday, finishing with just seven points on 3-of-9 shooting. His role is likely to decline over the next couple of weeks but much like Mason Plumlee, he could still have some streaming value, albeit short term.
Trey Lyles (31%) – Drop
Torrey Craig (9%) – Drop
Kings
Harry Giles (28%) – Drop
Iman Shumpert (23%) – Watch: Shumpert was ice cold from the field Thursday, missing all seven of his shot attempts, finishing with just three assists and one rebound. He typically provides solid defensive numbers and can get hot from beyond the arc, leaving him as a player worth keeping an eye on.
Justin Jackson (16%) – Drop
Yogi Ferrell (11%) – Drop
Kosta Koufos (8%) – Drop
Houston Rockets def. Golden State Warriors 135-134 (OT)
Rockets
Austin Rivers (23%) – Stream: Rivers scored 18 points Thursday, his highest output as a member of the Rockets. He also played a whopping 44 minutes and as long as both Chris Paul and Eric Gordon are out, Rivers should be able to provide points and threes.
James Ennis (16%) – Drop
Brandon Knight (15%) – Drop
Gerald Green (13%) – Stream: Green is averaging almost three triples per game over his past ten and basically has the green light to shoot the ball whenever he is open.
Danuel House (12%) – Add: House scored at least 15 points for the third straight game Thursday, including a perfect 9-of-9 from the free-throw line. He has been a nice surprise for the Rockets and his ability to fill a number of roles typically sees him with a decent workload on a nightly basis.
Gary Clark (9%) – Drop
Warriors
Jordan Bell (4-%) – Drop
Kevon Looney (28%) – Watch: Looney has emerged as the center with the most upside over the past two weeks but is still a little hard to trust given the Warriors starting depth.
Andre Iguodala (18%) – Drop
Jonas Jerebko (17%) – Drop
Quinn Cook (13%) – Drop
Alfonzo McKinnie (8%) – Drop
Shaun Livingston (7%) – Drop
