Twenty drivers head to Texas Motor Speedway for the 2022 All-Star Race this afternoon.
The All-Star Race carries a unique format and does not count toward the Cup Standings. It does, however, come with a $1 million purse for the winner, so we don’t need to worry about motivation issues.
While other races typically have 34 to 37 entrants, this fan-favorite event has 20 drivers competing with one another for 125 laps around the 1.5-mile quad-oval. The race will feature four stages, with the winners of the first three stages taking the top three positions for the last 50-lap sprint.
Texas Motor Speedway features high-energy racing, which is sure to be entertaining for fans and DFS players alike.

Invite to Fantrax FREE NASCAR DFS
This is an excellent opportunity for everyone to give NASCAR DFS a try. (For fantasy baseball fans, I’ve used a few thousand words to explain why here and here.) Therefore, I’ve created a FREE contest on FanDuel for anyone who would like to give it a chance and compete for bragging rights.
I invite you to give it a shot and share it with friends and family. I’ll see if I can get my parents involved, too. (We’ll see how far that unconditional support really goes.)
