A few highlights from this week; Atlanta got spanked by San Antonio, Orlando suffered its first loss due to a 10-second runoff, and Johnny Football has made his way to the AAF. As the Atlanta Legends rise it seems the Arizona Hotshots fall. The Hotshots have lost their last three games in competitive matchups and just haven't been the same since John Wolford's back sprain in week three. Although some things haven't changed as the Orlando Apollos remain undefeated and Salt Lake and Memphis remain at the bottom of the food chain. AAF Week Four resulted in highs and lows for several teams. The Atlanta Legends finally made the switch to Aaron Murray and defeated the Arizona Hotshots. Birmingham struggled to find the endzone and fell short on an "onside kick" attempt in the final minutes to suffer their first loss to San Antonio. The Express defeated the Fleet after Fleet QB Phillip Nelson left the game early due to a non-throwing shoulder injury. Lastly, the Apollos remain undefeated with a win over the Josh Woodrum led Salt Lake Stallions.…

Although we can get excited about incoming freshmen or next men up, It's nice to look at the guys who are established at their spots and excelled at it a season ago. Last season we got to see guys like Benny Snell and Myles Gaskin go out strong while Darrell Henderson and Alex Barnes put their names in NFL circles in their breakout seasons. The 2019 season will approach quicker than you think so I would like to look at the top-10 returning running backs who have proven their worth in the past and we can rely on next season.…

Week 3 of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) season has come and gone and there are multiple headlines heading into Week 4.
