Week 12 brings in one of the most crucial bye weeks for fantasy managers. I took all this into account in my Week 12 wide receiver rankings as managers will be without Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Drake London, Garrett Wilson, Amari Cooper, and Brian Thomas Jr. There are a ton of superstar wide receivers out on bye this week. It couldn’t come at a worse time with playoffs around the corner. But, don’t worry as my rankings this week will be sure to help you in picking players off the wire and wondering who to start on your bench.

WR Notes
- Let’s start with Josh Downs as my WR25 this week. Downs has a great matchup against the Lions this week who are giving up 30 fantasy points per game to wide receivers. Downs only had five targets last week but he caught all of them and turned one into a touchdown. This was a great week for Downs and Anthony Richardson. Richardson threw for 272 yards and a touchdown, along with 32 rushing yards and two touchdowns. This was a huge bounce-back game for Richardson. The Colts should be in a shootout this week against the Lions, so expect Downs to catch some deep balls as Richardson loves to air it downfield.
- Next, I have Ladd McConkey as my WR19. McConkey has a great matchup this week against the Ravens who are giving up 36 fantasy points per game to wide receivers. McConkey has moved up to a daily flex option, but if he has been on your bench, this is the time to start him. Especially if you have Chase, Wilson or Thomas on a bye this week. On the season McConkey has 63 targets versus Quentin Johnston’s 37. McConkey is an easy flex start this week.
- Lastly, I have CeeDee Lamb as my WR16 against the Commanders. Lamb had a decent game, but to his standards, it was a dud of a game. Lamb turned eight catches into 93 yards. He saw the targets this time, but no touchdowns. I wouldn’t recommend benching Lamb just yet, but he does move into a flex option as I would start George Pickens and Zay Flowers over him this week. They both have great matchups and better quarterbacks throwing their way.
