Skrip’s 2024 Fantasy Football Positional Rankings

Fantasy Football rankings are the most popular content consumed every year, yet they are the most difficult to put together. Rankings will differ from analyst to analyst, and should continuously change right up until the season begins with the variables of injuries, roles understood, depth chart updates, data analyzed, camp news, etc. Every year there will be hits from people’s rankings, and every year there will be misses. Every year we are surprised by players the consensus did not see exploding, and every year we whiff on players that simply bust. The beauty of Fantasy Football is that nobody ever has all of the correct calls and answers, which makes the game so fun since it is so unpredictable at times.

I never stopped creating content and analyzing football following the 2023-24 season. I have spent the entire off-season breaking down what happened, analyzing the data, creating content, and projecting forward to 2024-25.

What!? Your fantasy football league wasn’t hosted on Fantrax last season!? Once you see how Fantrax stacks up to the competition, we think you’ll be singing a different tune in the 2024 season.

While some of my fantasy football rankings may align with “consensus,” I do not typically care about what “consensus” says. I think rankings from credible sites can create a baseline to make sure you are not too far off on rankings, but at the same time, I very much try to stay in my own lane when it comes to Fantasy Football analysis. So with that being said, these rankings come from my own analysis work from the start of the off-season, with little influence from others. Talent, scheme, coaching, personnel, competition, touches, volume, opportunity, data and other factors come into play for these rankings.

These rankings will be updated throughout the off-season, every week. The intention here is to help you in your Fantasy Football drafts for 2024, which can pave the way for you to win a championship. My positional rankings should help guide you on how to view and separate players within their positions. Use this as a tool when drafting! Best of luck this season.
