NFL Week 1 is here, and we're starting to mull over our fantasy football lineups for the week.  In order to help you with some of those decisions, I present to you my Week 1 quarterback rankings -- as well as some notes on this week’s matchups.  Hopefully, this will be a useful guide when setting this week's lineups.  (Note:  All rankings are based on Half-PPR scoring.)The quarterback position is one of the most important -- if not the most important -- in football.  However, don’t fret too much over lineup decisions…
