Fantasy Football: AFC Championship Game

Well, folks, we have finally reached the Conference Championship games. Sunday’s games will decide who competes in Super Bowl LII. Only one of the four teams still standing finished above .500 a season ago. That, of course, would be the New England Patriots, who won last year’s Super Bowl and are favored to repeat this year. Fantasy Football: Week 11 Running Back Matchup Report

The New Orleans Saints’ trio of Mark Ingram, Alvin Kamara, and Trey Edmunds became the first trio of running back teammates to each have at least 10 fantasy points in the same game since Week 3 of the 2016 season. Ingram and Kamara are continuing their two-man assault on opposing NFL defenses. Both are top-three running backs in…

Chris Carson suffered a fractured leg and high ankle sprain and was placed on injured reserve. (True story - I dropped Cam Newton and picked up Carson last week. Sigh.) Ty Montgomery barely played in…

Fantasy Football: Week 2 Running Back Matchup Report

Last week I came right out of the gate in midseason form when I suggested fantasy owners should sit Kareem Hunt based on a difficult matchup. I guess the good news is there’s only one way to go from here. Aside from Hunt having one of the best games we’ve ever seen from a running back in fantasy, there were several other notable takeaways from Week 1. David Johnson, fantasy’s consensus No. 1 pick, is out 2-3 months as he will be having surgery to repair a dislocated wrist. His absence and the emergence of Tarik Cohen and…
