WR Drake London (hip) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, but he is expected to play.

Buffalo Bills

WR Amari Cooper (wrist) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, as he was limited all week, just like he was before missing Week 9.

WR Keon Coleman (wrist) – OUT for Week 10, and he may miss multiple weeks.

Houston Texans

WR Tank Dell (back) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, after going onto the Injured Report on Friday, but he is expected to play.

Indianapolis Colts

WR Michael Pittman (back) – OUT for Week 10.

Jacksonville Jaguars

QB Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) – OUT for Week 10, and may require season-ending surgery.

WR Brian Thomas (chest) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, but he is expected to play.

WR Gabe Davis (shoulder) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, although he is expected to play.

Kansas City Chiefs

WR Juju Smith-Schuster (hamstring) – OUT for Week 10.

Los Angeles Rams

WR DeMarcus Robinson (toe/hip) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, though he should be okay to play.

Miami Dolphins

WR Tyreek Hill (wrist) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10 after missing practice on Friday, but he will play if his body lets him.

New Orleans Saints

WR Cedrick Wilson (shoulder) – OUT for Week 10.

New York Giants

WR Darius Slayton (concussion) – OUT for Week 10.

New York Jets

TE Tyler Conklin (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, but practiced in full on Friday.

San Francisco 49ers

WR Deebo Samuel (oblique) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10, but he is expected to play.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

WR Mike Evans (hamstring) – OUT for Week 10, with the belief that this injury will result in him not being able to play until Week 12.

WR Jalen McMillan (hamstring) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 10 after being added to the Injury Report on Friday.

Washington Commanders

RB Brian Robinson (hamstring) – OUT for Week 10.

NFL Injured Reserve/PUP

Baltimore Ravens

RB Keaton Mitchell (knee) – placed on Injured Reserved, and his 21-day practice window has officially been opened as he is preparing for a return, which could happen soon as he is QUESTIONABLE for Week 9.

Carolina Panthers

WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 3 and has already been ruled OUT for Week 10 despite practicing, albeit in a limited capacity.

RB Jonathan Brooks (knee) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss at least the first four weeks of the season, though his twenty-one-day clock to return to practice window has started and he is QUESTIONABLE for Week 10.

Cleveland Browns

QB DeShaun Watson (Achilles) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss the rest of the regular season after having successful surgery.

Dallas Cowboys

WR Brandin Cooks (knee) was placed on Injured Reserve due to a knee issue that will cost him at least the next four weeks.

QB Dak Prescott (hamstring) – to be placed on Injured Reserve after Week 9, and will likely undergo season-ending surgery.

Denver Broncos

WR Josh Reynolds (finger) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 5 and is set to miss multiple weeks after having surgery as a result of being involved in a shooting.

Green Bay Packers

TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 5, and will miss at least the next four weeks.

Houston Texans

TE Brevin Jordan (knee) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2024 season.

WR Nico Collins (hamstring) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 5, and while he will miss at least the next four weeks, there is speculation that he will return this week.

WR Stefon Diggs (knee – ACL) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2024 season.

Jacksonville Jaguars

WR Christian Kirk (collarbone) – placed on Injured Reserve after fracturing his collarbone in Week 8, and will miss the remainder of the season.

Kansas City Chiefs

WR Marquise Brown (shoulder) – placed on Injured Reserve with an injury that will take months, not weeks from which to heal, though there are reports of him being ahead of schedule.

RB Isaiah Pacheco (fibula) – placed on Injured Reserve and had successful surgery which will cost him six to eight weeks to recover, though he is feeling better.

WR Rashee Rice (shoulder) – placed on Injured Reserve, though the team is unsure if he will return this season; they will know more about his timeline after he has a procedure done early next week to test the severity of the situation.

WR Chris Olave (concussion) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss at least the next four weeks of the season.

Los Angeles Rams

TE Tyler Higbee (knee) – placed on the PUP List and there is concern that he will miss up to seven weeks of the season.

New Orleans Saints

WR Rashid Shaheed (knee) – placed on Injured Reserve with an injury to his meniscus, and will miss the rest of the regular season after having surgery to repair it.

WR Bub Means (ankle) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 8 and will miss at least the next four weeks.

RB Kendre Miller (hamstring) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 8 and will miss at least the next four weeks.

WR Chris Olave (concussion) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 9 and will miss at least the next four weeks, and possibly the rest of the season.

San Francisco 49ers

RB Christian McCaffrey (calf/Achilles tendinitis) – placed on Injured Reserve and could miss extended time, while there was some encouragement concerning his situation after his first workouts didn’t reveal any flare-ups or setbacks, he will play.

WR Brandon Aiyuk (knee) was placed on injured reserve and will miss the rest of the season due to an injury to his ACL and MCL.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

WR Chris Godwin (ankle) was placed on Injured Reserve after Week 7, with the expectation that he would miss the remainder of the season.
