Week 11 Tight End Rankings for Fantasy Football

Looking at the Week 11 tight end rankings, the position feels a little squeezed. Top options Trey McBride and Cade Otton are on byes, while Dalton Kincaid and Sam LaPorta have iffy outlooks this week due to injuries. However, there are a couple of familiar risers in the ranks, with Mark Andrews and T.J. Hockenson ranking as top-six options, and some streamers that could hit big this week. To find the best plays of the week, let’s take a look at the Week 11 tight end rankings.

Tight Ends on Byes in Week 11

Trey McBride, Ja’Tavion Sanders, Theo Johnson, Cade Otton

Injury Notes for Week 11

  • Dalton Kincaid‘s Week 11 status is unclear after he suffered a knee injury. Keep tabs on the injury reports this week.
  • Sam LaPorta sprained his AC joint and is questionable for Week 11. He’s considered day-to-day heading into the week.

Tight End Notes

Bye Weeks: ARI, CAR, NYG, TB

  • Will Dissly has been a primary target for Justin Herbert over the past five weeks. He’s seen at least five targets per game in that stretch, with a team-leading 24% target share. Dissly should continue to get looks in Week 11. He faces a Bengals defense that has given up the fourth-most fantasy points and the sixth-most receiving yards to the position. Further, Cincinnati has coughed up six touchdowns to tight ends this year, making Dissly’s odds of finding the end zone for the first time this season pretty, pretty, pretty good. I’m high on Dissly this week as he ranks as TE11 in the Week 11 tight end rankings.
  • Hunter Henry is coming off a down week, but fantasy managers shouldn’t sweat slotting him back into their Week 11 lineups. He has a friendly matchup against a Rams defense that surrenders the eighth-most fantasy points and 11th-most receiving yards to tight ends on the year. Henry is a focal point in the Patriots’ offense. He tallied at least five targets and 40 yards in four of his last five games, with his 32 targets in that span ranked 10th most at the position. Henry is one of the better Week 11 streamers.
  • Pat Freiermuth generally can’t be counted on for more than three targets per game. But he could see a bump in looks in Week 11. He has a favorable matchup against the Ravens, who have allowed the most receptions and the third-most receiving yards to tight ends this year. Also, Baltimore ceded two touchdowns to the position in the last three weeks — an area Freiermuth can exploit as one of the Steelers’ primary red-zone targets. Indeed, Freiermuth found paydirt three times in his last six games and could add to those totals on Sunday. Freiermuth is a top-tier TE2 with TE1 upside in the Week 11 tight end rankings.
  • Jonnu Smith continues to hum along. He’s the TE13 in fantasy over the last five weeks, amassing a 21% target share in that stretch. He also notched at least 45 receiving yards in all but one of those games. Smith should continue humming along this week in a plus matchup against the Raiders. Las Vegas has given up the third-most fantasy points and the ninth-most receiving yards to tight ends on the year. Smith is a solid mid-tier TE2 in the Week 11 tight end rankings.
