Week 11 is behind us, and as we approach Week 12, we have some juicy matchups that should give us some advantages on these prop bets. I’ll break down 5 DraftKings player prop bets that should hit and start your week off right. For any additional prop bet questions, be sure to follow me on X @LobosFFDen.
Week 12 DraftKings Prop Plays
Jayden Daniels o221.5 passing yards (-115)
Jayden Daniels started his 2024 campaign on a hot streak but, since his rib injury, has slowed down quite a bit. The good news is that Daniels has flashed the potential, and from Weeks 2-8, Daniels actually exceeded this o221.5 prop all but once. Another week past his rib injury, and now facing a Dallas Cowboys defense that has been very giving to opposing QBs, Daniels should be able to exceed this prop rather quickly, and get your Sunday started on a high note.
Expected yards:
22/34, 279 yards, 2TDs
High roller bets:
250+ passing yards (+195)
3+ Passing TDs (+370)
Brian Robinson Jr. 71.5 rushing yards (-105)
Have I mentioned this Dallas defense has been bad? Staying on the Washington train, Brian Robinson Jr finally seems to be getting healthy and comes in with a nice prop bet of 71.5 rushing yards that the Dallas defense has allowed to happen in 10 games this season. When healthy, Robinson averages 17 rushing attempts per game, along with 65 rushing yards. In a game that could get away from Dallas quickly, this Washington offense should have a “get-right” week, and Robinson should be able to exceed this prop early on. Sit back and enjoy.
Expected yards:
18 rushing attempts, 101 rushing yards, 1TD
High roller bets:
100+ rushing yards (+270)
2+ rushing TDs (+400)
De’Von Achane 66.5 rushing yards (-110)
With Tua under center, De’Von Achane is a different RB and is actually one of my favorite plays this week for both fantasy and prop betting. Over the last 5 games, Achane is averaging 13 rushing attempts, and 69.4 rushing yards per game, which would exceed his prop line bet this week. Additionally, Achane seems to be involved heavily in the passing game, where he’s averaged nearly 6 targets per game. This Miami team seems to be picking it up a bit over the last few games and now gets a struggling New England Patriots team. Achane should not only exceed his rushing prop but should get well over 100 scrimmage yards in Week 12.
Expected yards:
16 rushing attempts, 87 rushing yards, 1TD
5 receptions, 45 yards
High roller bets:
125+ scrimmage yards (+145)
2+ TDs (+235)
DeAndre Hopkins 43.5 receiving yards (-120)
My favorite prop bet of the week lands in Kansas City. The addition of Hopkins to this Kansas City offense has been a good one. Hopkins struggled vs. a tough Buffalo defense last week but gets a much easier opponent in the Carolina Panthers this week. Prior to his 29-yard performance last week, Hopkins had gotten 86 and 56 in his first few games with the Chiefs, and with Patrick Mahomes under center, Hopkins is in for a nice bounce back. In a game where I expect the Chiefs to also bounce back after their first loss of the season, Hopkins should have a big day on Sunday.
Expected yards:
8 targets, 6 receptions, 91 yards
High roller bets:
Anytime TD Scorer (+155)
80+ receiving yards (+390)
Trey McBride 54.5 receiving yards (-115)
Despite the arrival of Marvin Harrison in Arizona, Trey McBride is Kyler Murray’s favorite target. Dating back to Week 5, McBride is averaging 71 yards a game, and leads the Cardinals receiving core in that timespan. In a divisional matchup vs. the Seahawks this week, McBride will not only exceed this prop, but also give you his first TD of the season. BOOK IT.
Expected yards:
10 targets, 9 receptions, 97 yards, 1TD
High roller bets:
Anytime TD scorer (+185)
80+ receiving yards (+235)
