Picks of the Week
Seattle Seahawks @ Washington Football Team
Seattle is not a 3-7 football team, and the reason for this was having to play multiple weeks with no Russell Wilson or Chris Carson. While Carson is officially out for the year, Wilson is back and is going to do everything in his power to get this Seattle team back into contention. This is a week where I think the Seahawks passing game may just be too much for this lackluster Washington defense, and for that reason, I am more confident in Seattle than a lot of other teams in Week 12.
Los Angeles Chargers @ Denver Broncos
Denver has some serious problems this season as far as being able to effectively move the ball. Bridgewater is decent, but not great. I know that playing in Denver presents a bit of a challenge for away teams, but I think this Chargers team is simply better than Denver. While this is by no means a lock, it is one of those games where I could see a definitive Chargers victory.
New York Jets @ Houston Texans
Did we ever think we would be at a point where we are confident in the Houston Texans winning a football game? Well, its 2021 and there have been a lot of crazy things that have happened already this season. With Tyrod Taylor at the helm, Houston really does play a different brand of football than they do with Davis Mills. Now interestingly this week there aren’t really any locks, and it is looking like one of the most competitive weeks of NFL football yet. But now is looking like a decent week to use up Houston if you haven’t already used them.

Matchup to Avoid
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Indianapolis Colts
This Colts team is much better than people think, and they just routed the Bills. This is going to be a closer game than people expect. The Bucs without AB are a little less scary, and their defense is a bit banged up. The X-factor in this game will be Jonathan Taylor’s ability to run the ball against this top-ranked Bucs rush defense.
