With only a couple more weeks to go until the fantasy regular season concludes, you’ve got to make sure you tap in with us every week! As we near the end of the fantasy season, our viable RB sleepers and streamers candidates have shrunk from four each week to two this week. These last couple of weeks are your last chance for depth before the playoffs. Let’s get into our Week 13 running back sleepers and streamers!

Running Back Sleepers
Chase Edmonds, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, ~2% owned
At 5-7, you’d think the Bucs had nothing to play for at this point in the season, but they could actually still win their division. Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans are single-handedly keeping this team afloat. Trust me, it isn’t their run game. The leadback for the oft-trailing Bucs is Rachaad White. White found himself on the injury report last week with a knee issue but wound up rushing for 100+ yards for the first time all season.
His previous high was 73 yards on 20 carries. White has been productive for fantasy, despite not helping much for the real-life team. It’s not really his fault, as the team can’t sustain a lead to give him the touches he needs, late in a game. This week, they play the lowly Carolina Panthers. A team that is 30th against running backs, and will provide the Bucs with the positive game script needed for a big rushing attack. With the game in hand and a lot to play for, I expect Chase Edmonds to get plenty of carries as the Bucs’ #2 running back. His season high for carries is four this year. I expect 10+ touches on the ground + air this week.
2023 Week 13 RB Streamers
Cordarelle Patterson, Atlanta Falcons, ~2% owned
The Falcons play the Jets this week. This is a match made in heaven for the Falcons RBs. The Falcons can’t throw the ball very well, and the Jets don’t allow anyone to throw the ball very well. The Falcons run the ball as their identity and the Jets are 27th in the league vs. the run. I expect Bijon Robinson, Allegier, and Patterson to all get some love this week. Would I start Patterson if I didn’t have to? No. But in a bind, he’ll do just fine. Last week vs. NO, he had 8 carries for 43 yards. He’s no stranger to being used in the passing game as he was listed as a WR for most of his career. Expect the Falcons rushing attack to win them this game.
