Welcome to week 17 and get ready for the NBA trade deadline! We already have our first big trade as the Brooklyn Nets send Kyrie Irving to the Dallas Mavericks. This is just the start. So what do we do? Anticipate. What team is selling, and what teams are buying? Will these open minutes and usage, or force your players into a tighter role? For example, Jordan Clarkson is productive on the Utah Jazz, but what would he be for a playoff contender? These are the variables general managers need to get in front of in hopes of making a savvy trade, waiver wire pick up or even a short-term stream. To that end, let’s look at the Fantasy Basketball schedule this week while we wait for big trades to shake up the league.

Fantasy Basketball Streamers
Streaming might be a little wild this week as the deadline approaches. This could create oppurtunity as key players are rested if a trade is imminent, or even after they have been traded. While it seems like a detailed approach, you can steal a few categories with proper timing. Any extra categories are paramount at this point in the season.
The low nights are Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Sunday is especially low with 2 games being played. Unfortunately, no team has a Tues/Thurs/Sun schedule. Six teams play on Tuesday/Thursday, and then four separate teams play on Sunday. The key is on the teams below to find the best players for your league.
Tuesday/Thursday Teams:
- Chicago Bulls
- Brooklyn Nets
- Phoenix Suns
- Los Angeles Lakers
- Denver Nuggets
- Orlando Magic
Sunday Teams:
- Memphis
- Toronto
- Detroit
- Boston
