Welcome to Fantasy Basketball Streamers for Week 23. For most of you in standard leagues, this is championship week. For the brave few, it’s the second round of the playoffs. Wherever you’re at, let this be your guide to getting it done.
At this point, name value means nothing. If guys are missing games or sitting randomly, it’s do-or-die time. You have to be willing to make the tough calls—even if that means cutting a “stud” who isn’t helping you win right now.
This week is all about opportunity. We’re targeting players who are actually getting minutes and producing.
This list includes options from across the board—contending teams, tanking teams, and everything in between. Every streamer featured here has been playing well recently, has four games this week, and is rostered in fewer than 30% of Yahoo leagues—so there’s a strong chance they’re available for you.
At the end, you’ll find my priority rankings based on how I’d approach streaming this week.
Let’s get into it.
Week 23 Strategy
I’m going to be a bit cautious when it comes to recommending Washington Wizards players this week.
If you’re feeling bold, Bilal Coulibaly would be one of my top streamers—he’s been on fire lately. That said, the Wizards close the week with a back-to-back, and they’ve been extremely unpredictable with rotations and rest. You could get burned if things don’t break your way.
That said, I do have a couple of Wizards on this list that I feel confident will continue to either start or log heavy minutes.
A similar situation applies to GG Jackson. He’s been playing really well and even suited up for a Friday/Saturday back-to-back, which is an encouraging sign for his availability the rest of the way. Still, this is “silly season,” and with Memphis, you never fully know how they’ll handle their young guys—whether they’ll let them run all week or mix in planned rest days.
If you’re feeling bold, just like with Coulibaly, GG Jackson has been producing and can absolutely be a difference-making streamer in any game he plays.
I feel a bit more comfortable with the Utah Jazz players I’m recommending this week, but there’s still some risk across the board. This is late-season “silly season,” and volatility comes with it.
Overall, this list is well-researched, and this is exactly how I’d approach streaming if these were my own teams.

Week 23 Fantasy Basketball Streamers
Ousmane Dieng, SF/PF/C, Milwaukee Bucks
Dieng has been heating up over his last two games, averaging 11.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 1.5 three-pointers in 29.9 minutes during that span. The 22-year-old has seen a massive spike in minutes since March 17, logging at least 25 minutes in each of his last six games.
With no clear return date for Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kevin Porter Jr. ruled out for the rest of the season, Dieng should continue to see plenty of opportunity on a Bucks team leaning into development down the stretch.
Olivier-Maxence Prosper, PF/C, Memphis Grizzlies
Prosper has been a constant fixture on my streaming list since the fantasy basketball playoffs began, and it’s honestly criminal how widely available he still is.
Since March 4, the Marquette product hasn’t scored fewer than 18.4 fantasy points or logged fewer than 21 minutes. Over that 14-game span, he’s averaging 14.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.9 threes, and 1.4 steals in 25.5 minutes per game. He may not pop every night, but he provides a very safe floor with steady minutes and usage in the starting lineup.
He also has legitimate upside, as shown on March 27 against Houston when he dropped a career-high 31 points along with seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 29 minutes. The 23-year-old is as safe as it gets for streaming this week.
Oso Ighodaro, C, Phoenix Suns
After a slow start as the starting center following Mark Williams’ absence, Ighodaro has caught fire over his last seven games, averaging 11.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.3 steals in 31.4 minutes per game.
The Marquette product has logged at least 26 minutes in each of those contests and should continue to see heavy run as the Suns’ primary big man.
Royce O’Neale, SF/PF, Phoenix Suns
After missing three straight games beginning March 19, O’Neale has bounced back over his last two, averaging 11.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.5 threes, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 stocks in 25.0 minutes per game during that span.
The Baylor product is a reliable streaming option for “3-and-D” production, offering strong contributions in threes and defense with solid scoring and low-end rebounds and assists.
Dylan Harper, PG/SG, San Antonio Spurs
Harper is finally starting to live up to the billing of a No. 2 overall pick. While he’s flashed throughout the season, he’s now putting together consistent performances—even in a bench role.
Over his last six games, the Rutgers product is averaging 14.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.0 threes in 23.8 minutes per game. While coming off the bench adds some risk, his confidence is growing, and he’s producing at a high level—worth riding the wave while it lasts.
Cody WIlliams, SG/SF, Utah Jazz
Williams is a cheat code and still somehow unrostered in far too many leagues.
Since returning from a March 23 absence, the Colorado product has been on fire over his last three games, averaging 16.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.4 stocks in 32.1 minutes per game. After a slow start to his career, the former lottery pick is finally flashing his full skill set, with his confidence clearly on the rise.
As long as he continues to see mid-to-high 30s in minutes, he offers one of the safest floors this week. Spoiler: he’s my top streaming option.
Elijah Harkless, SG, Utah Jazz
Harkless continues to start regardless of who’s in the lineup, whether it’s Ace Bailey or Cody Williams.
It may look like a tanking move, but for fantasy purposes, none of that matters—minutes and opportunity are everything. The 26-year-old is getting both, averaging 11.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.8 steals, and 1.4 threes in 32.2 minutes per game over his last nine.
With consistent run and solid volume, he’s a strong streaming option this week.
John Konchar, SG/SF, Utah Jazz
Konchar is in the middle of an impressive five-game stretch, averaging 11.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.2 stocks in 27.7 minutes per game.
“Jitty” has been a steady veteran presence among Utah’s young core and has been productive enough to warrant rostering for the rest of the season.
Kennedy Chandler, PG, Utah Jazz
I promise Chandler is the last Jazz player I’ll highlight.
Another young guard seeing significant opportunity, Chandler is averaging 14.6 points, 3.0 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 1.2 threes, and 1.2 steals in 30.7 minutes per game over his last five. The Tennessee product is getting plenty of run off the bench and producing across the board.
As long as the minutes hold, he’s a strong streaming option.
Bub Carrington, PG/SG, Washington Wizards
In a sea of uncertainty in Washington, Carrington has been a steady presence in the starting lineup.
Over his last six games, he’s averaging 16.8 points, 4.2 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.0 threes while shooting an efficient 56.9% from the field in 31.5 minutes per game. The Pitt product is thriving in his role, and there are no signs of him slowing down.
At this point, he’s about as safe as it gets for streaming this week.
Will Riley, SF/PF, Washington Wizards
Riley has had his ups and downs, but he’s been seeing consistent opportunity since the start of March.
Before Friday’s game, he had started nine straight, and even when coming off the bench, he still logged over 29 minutes and produced 22 points, five rebounds, five assists, three threes, and two steals on 66.7% shooting.
The Illinois product is making the most of his opportunity, and whether he starts or comes off the bench, his role feels secure. He’s averaging 31.6 minutes per game in March and offers a strong, reliable floor for streaming.
