The finale of sleepers and streamers for the fantasy football regular season has arrived. Fantasy is tough at times. The finale week involves six teams on a bye. That includes running backs like Joe Mixon, Derrick Henry, Jonathan Taylor, and Brian Robinson Jr. With that being said, if you did not clinch a playoff spot in your league, these sleepers and streamers can help you do that.
All in all, thank you to every reader for all my articles this season. I appreciate all of you. Now, let’s go clinch some playoff spots and get ready to chase those championships.
Week 14 Running Back Sleepers
Kenneth Gainwell vs. Carolina Panthers
Kenneth Gainwell only gets started in deep, deep leagues. With another bye week of deaths happening in Week 14, Gainwell looks like a decent dart throw for sleepers and streamers. The Eagles face the Carolina Panthers, which smells like a blowout. The Panthers are also the worst team when it comes to defending running backs in real life and fantasy football. Bucky Irving had over 170 total yards and finished as the overall RB1 in Week 13. By no means does that mean Gainwell will replicate what Irving did, but I think the Eagles, having locked up the NFC East at this point, will allow everyone to get a piece of the fun in Week 14. Gain will have a touchdown.
Las Vegas Raiders Running Backs @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Now, the Las Vegas Raiders are an awful team and are already looking toward the 2025 NFL draft. Despite that, they need to finish the season out. Their next game is against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who, not including Week 13, have given up 23.81 fantasy ppg to running backs, eighth most. There is nothing to be excited about when it comes to the Raiders backfield, but with the lethal running backs on byes, sometimes a prayer and hope is all you need. If you are desperate, Ameer Abdullah and Sincere McCormick can be of service in Week 14.
Week 14 Running Back Streamers
Tyrone Tracy vs. New Orleans Saints
It sounds repetitive, but it is better than me saying to start Jaylen Wright, who did nothing last week. Since Week 6, Tyrone Tracy has had four touchdowns. With Drew Lock and Tommy Devito, the Giants passing attack has been missing in action. Tracy has not been effective by any means, but finding the end zone is crucial in fantasy football. The Saints are a bottom-seven team and give up over 23 fantasy ppg to the position. Tracy has been a solid RB2 for most of the season, and you should trust him in the final week of the regular season.
Isaac Guerendo vs. Chicago Bears
This man might be your league winner that we have all been searching for. The league winners usually come out of nowhere. Isaac Guerendo has been catapulted into the RB1 spot for the San Francisco 49ers. Christian McCaffrey is done for the season, and Jordan Mason is set to miss the next four games, which means he is out for the fantasy football playoffs. The Kyle Shanahan system can have any running back produce at a great level for fantasy football. Isaac Guerendo is a top-15 running back for the rest of the season. If you saved your FAAB or managed it properly, this is the time to dump it all in for Guerendo.
