NBA Deep League Waiver Wire Adds

Jordan Goodwin — G, Suns

Jordan Goodwin finally got a real runway, and he made every minute count. With Jalen Green, Grayson Allen, and Ryan Dunn all sidelined, Goodwin stepped into his first start of the season and dropped a 15/10 double-double on 7-of-15 shooting. He added three assists, a steal, and a triple while doing everything except blocking a shot.

Collin Gillespie also took advantage of the injury wave, posting 15/3/6 with three triples in 29 minutes off the bench. As long as Phoenix’s perimeter group stays shorthanded, both Goodwin and Gillespie hold deep-league streaming value. Goodwin brings boards and hustle stats; Gillespie brings shooting and playmaking. Ride them while the minutes stay elevated.

Josh Minott — F, Celtics

Josh Minott continues to be Boston’s “energy plug-in” off the bench. He delivered 16 points on 7-of-8 shooting, adding seven boards and a block in just 19 minutes. His size and athleticism combo fits perfectly with what Boston needs during this transition stretch, and he’s now hit double figures for the eighth time this year.

Hopefully, the minutes tick up into the low-20s consistently. His ability in rebounds, efficiency, and stocks could make him streamer material.

Tyrese Martin — G, Nets

Don’t walk – RUN

Tyrese Martin exploded for 26 points, knocking down 7-of-14 from the field and a perfect 7-of-7 at the line. He also chipped in six boards, three assists, two steals, and five triples in 24 minutes off the bench.

He’s been hot-and-cold recently, but he’s now averaging 14.7 PPG over his last three, and this was easily his most complete performance of the season. Don’t walk – RUN

Fantasy Take: In deeper leagues, Martin is a priority add. The scoring is legit, the shooting volume is rising, and he has the green light on a team desperate for offense.

Jett Howard — G/F, Magic

Call it a fluke if you want — but it doesn’t hurt to take a swing.

Jett Howard erupted for a career-high 30 points, adding seven rebounds and three assists in 29 minutes. He drilled five triples on 13 attempts.

This came out of nowhere — his previous season-high was eight.

This is likely a “flash in the pan,” but in deep formats, you can speculatively add and see if Orlando rewards the breakout with more minutes.

Isaiah Joe — G, Thunder

Isaiah Joe bounced back in a big way with 16 points on 5-of-6 shooting while adding three assists and two steals in 25 minutes. He helped stabilize OKC early when the second unit checked in alongside SGA, scoring 13 of his 16 before halftime.

After a disappointing seven-point outing last game, this was the reset managers needed.

Joe is a three-point streamer with occasional spike nights. In standard leagues, he’s more schedule-dependent; in deeper leagues, he remains a hold for shooting and efficiency.

Jakobe Walter — G/F, Raptors

Walter stayed hot with 16 points on 6-of-7 shooting, including four threes in 19 minutes during Toronto’s win over Brooklyn. He’s now played 15+ minutes in four of his last five and could see an even larger role if RJ Barrett’s knee injury turns into a multi-game absence.

If Barrett misses time, Walter becomes a deep league add thanks to his shooting and growing trust from the coaching staff.

Tristan Vukcevic — F/C, Wizards

Vukcevic delivered his best outing of the season despite coming off the bench: 12 points, eight boards, two steals, two blocks, and two threes in 20 minutes.

Just keep him on your watchlist in case Washington finally decides to lean into development minutes.
