2025 NFL Draft Prospects IV: Noel, Tuten, Harvey and Johnson

After the Combine, Matt Hicks and I scrutinized four additional rookies on the Rookie Big Board series. Each player is probed in a statistical model, highlighted in film clips, and examined through a scouting lens. In the fourth installment of the series, Jaylin Noel, Bhayshul Tuten, RJ Harvey and Kaleb Johnson are placed under the microscope. Enjoy my fellow diehards!

What!? Your fantasy football league wasn’t hosted on Fantrax this past season!? Once you see how Fantrax stacks up to the competition, we think you’ll be singing a different tune in the 2025 season.

2025 NFL Draft Prospect Profiles

WR Jaylin Noel, Iowa State

5-10 and 194 pounds

PFF aDOT: 12.2

Team Aerial Dominator: 33%

When scouting over 100 players every year, there are certain prospects who jump off the tape and become “My Guys.” While watching Jaylin Noel, I found myself rewinding the film to see Noel run a great route or make an incredible catch again and again. He is also an impressive receiver from both an analytical and production account. Ending his Iowa State tenure, Noel finished second in receptions with 245, third in receiving yards with 2,855 and fourth in receiving touchdowns with 18. From an athletic perspective, he ranks in the 95 percentile of wide receiver prospects since 1987, according to Relative Athletic Score (RAS). At 5-10 and 194 pounds, the underrated playmaker is likely to become a weekly starter in Dynasty leagues sooner rather than later depending on landing spot.

RB Bhayshul Tuten, Virginia Tech

5-9 and 206 pounds

Body Mass Index: 30.4

Scrimmage Yards Dominator: 27%

If the Combine was a competition, Bhayshul Tuten would have garnered a gold medal for his performance. There is no question that he captured the attention of scouting departments, Draftniks and Dynasty managers across the nation. At 5-9 and 206 pounds, the former Virginia Tech playmaker has an impressive 30.4 Body Mass Index (BMI) for a running back. In Indianapolis, he illustrated top-level athleticism, recording a 4.32 in the 40-Yard Dash, a 40.50” in the Vertical Jump and a 10’10” in the Broad Jump. On the gridiron in 2024, he collected 183 carries for 1,159 rushing yards and 15 TDs. Named Second Team All-ACC  last year, Tuten skyrockets up running back rankings and could be selected on Day 2 of the Draft.

RB RJ Harvey, Central Florida

5-8 and 205 pounds

Body Mass Index: 31.2

Scrimmage Yards Dominator: 34%

When a player’s athleticism at the Combine matches my film analysis, I am irrationally exuberant. Before the Senior Bowl, Matt and I both adored RB RJ Harvey’s tape. Yet, I had reservations in regard to Harvey’s athletic abilities. In Indianapolis, the former Knight displayed robust skills: He registered a 4.40 in the 40-yard dash, a 38” in the Vertical Jump, and a 10’7” in the Board Jump. At 5-8 and 205 pounds, Harvey runs with power, balance, and vision. With fantastic feet, he makes great jump cuts and lateral moves to avoid tacklers before exploding upfield. Currently, Harvey is an undervalued sleeper in Dynasty Drafts.

RB Kaleb Johnson, Iowa

6-1 and 224 pounds

Scrimmage Yards: 1,725

Scrimmage Yards Dominator: 40%

The Combine did not raise Kaleb Johnson’s draft stock after a slower-than-expected 40-yard dash. Nevertheless, the former Iowa bulldozer is still a top 5 running back in the class—he will get plucked early in the second round of the Draft. At 6-1 and 224 pounds, Johnson is a zone runner who packs a punch upon impact. In 2024, he was the centerpiece of the Hawkeyes’ offense with 40% of the total scrimmage yards while plowing his way forward for over 1,500 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns. He was named First Team All-America and All-Big Ten. If he falls in Dynasty rookie drafts, Johnson may be one of the better bargains down the road.
