Last week brought us positive returns as Michael Wilson and Geno Smith both delivered victories on their prop plays. Quinshon Judkins finished with just 25 rushing yards as the Cleveland Browns struggled to get anything going as they fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers. That’s a reminder as to why we need to keep the process moving on to the next slate of games. For Week 9 of the NFL season, let’s take a look at some prop plays to target on FanDuel Sportsbook.

NFL Week 9 Prop Plays – FanDuel Sportsbook
Kenneth Walker Over 90.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
The New York Jets defense is a disaster. They simply look lost and as if they don’t have a clue. So far this season, the Jets have allowed an average of 124 rushing yards per game. And this week, they have to go on the road to face one of the best running backs in football. To make matters worse, the Jets have to deal with Walker as 9.5-point underdogs. This is also taking place at Arrowhead Stadium, which is one of the most difficult places to play.
Yes, Walker’s prop play is high, but he’s surpassed it in four of seven games this season. In each of those games, Walker broke the century mark in rushing yards. The Chiefs will lean on him this week, and the Jets defense will be in a position to oblige.
Jared Goff Over 261.5 Passing Yards (-114)
This prop play is an interesting one. Goff’s passing yard target is a lofty one, even if it’s against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins allowed an average of 231 passing yards per game and have only gone over Goff’s prop play twice this season.
However, that’s in stark contrast to Goff, whose streak of five straight games of at least 269 passing yards came to an end last week. For as bad as Miami has been, the issue is that teams often jump ahead to large leads, and that leads to them shifting their focus to the ground game.
Yes, that concern also exists in Week 9, but Goff and the Lions might be above that concern. They are simply that strong offensively, and this is a number Goff can hit in the first half if all goes well with a few big plays.
Malik Nabers Over 72.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
Nabers takes a streak of four games with at least 111 receiving yards into this week. Based on what we’ve seen from the Giants’ receiver as of late, now that he’s healthy, this prop play is nothing. In fact, you could make the argument that it’s too good to be true.
New York is coming in off a bye week, and John Harbaugh will likely have the Giants more than prepared to add to their NFC East lead. JJ McCarthy is now settled in with the Giants, and he should be even more comfortable with the playbook than he previously was.
The Eagles have allowed 244 receiving yards per game this season, and the expectation is that Nabers will get at least 73 of those. New York is dealing with some injuries at the running back position this week. That means they’ll lean even more on McCarthy and the passing game. And the focus of that attention will be Nabers.
