Week 7 is here, and that means another round of survivor pool picks. The first strike on my list has finally come. I took Tampa Bay over Pittsburgh last week. So, now it is do or die every week for me. I wouldn’t worry going forward, however. When the pressure is on, I will deliver. Just as a recap I have already used the Ravens, Rams, Falcons, Eagles, Vikings and Buccaneers. Now, it’s time for me to go three for three on my survivor picks for Week 7.
Week 7 Survivor Pool Picks

Green Bay Packers (-5) @ Washington Commanders
Pick: Green Bay Packers
Let’s be honest, the Packers have not looked good at all this year. But, Aaron Rodgers will turn that around. They lost to the Jets last week and I see that fueling them to blow out the Commanders this week.
Carson Wentz is out so that means it should be Taylor Heinicke this week. Heinicke is a solid backup, but I see the Packers rolling through this one. The Commander’s defense is giving up 25 points per game and 353 yards per game. The defense is not elite and I see the Packers having a much-needed bounce-back game this week.
New York Jets @ Denver Broncos (-1)
Pick: New York Jets
The New York Jets are rolling, and look like they can make the playoffs. I want to believe the Broncos will bounce back this week, but they have not looked good once this season. Russell Wilson does not look the same.
The Jets are hot on defense right now, and their run game is unstoppable. I see Wilson having a lot of pressure and throwing some picks this week. The Bronco’s offense looks lost and it looks as if Wilson has lost the locker room. It is going to take until their bye week till the Broncos to get their stuff together.
So in other words, ride the Jets while they are hot.
New York Giants @ Jacksonville Jaguars (-3)
Pick: New York Giants
On the other side, I’m rolling with the other New York team this week as well. This game is a toss-up, but one of the games I feel most confident in picking the Giants. The Jaguar’s defense is ranked as a top defense in terms of points and yards giving up.
But, I think the Giants have a more elite defense and Saquon Barkley is playing out of his mind. I got to ride with the hottest teams, and the Giants look like that team this week.
My Pick: Green Bay Packers
I just don’t see the Packers losing this game after losing to the Jets. The Packers should be winning all these games, but they are not. So, I would rather knock out one of the questionable teams now.
I don’t trust the Packers going forward, but I trust them this week 100%. Rodgers is going to get it going and I see Aaron Jones had a breakout game as well.
