I’ll be honest. I hate about 80% of these 2023 Fantasy Football team names. They’re hackneyed and played out. But for every five that I shake my head at, there’s usually one good one.
And just because I don’t like them, doesn’t mean you have to dislike them.
I’ve tried to group them into categories for easier viewing, especially if you are trying to find a name for your team this upcoming 2023 Fantasy Football Season. I’ve gone ahead and taken out all the Tom Brady-related names for example. If you won last year with a Tom Brady-related name, I recommend sticking with it. Why mess with a good thing, right? But no one should be looking to give their new team a name that is Tom Brady-related. As is the case for other recently retired players.
I personally try to make my team name a little more “personal”, i.e. something you are not going to find in even a dozen other leagues. But that also gets harder the more leagues you are in, so I won’t blame you if you want to grab any of these. I’ve also thrown a few “originals” in here and there for your consideration.
But most importantly, remember your fantasy football team name should be fun. So here is a list of potential 2023 Fantasy Football team names for you.
