SNF DFS Picks (DraftKings)
Captain
Stefon Diggs
DraftKings Captain Salary- $18,300
Following a demoralizing defeat in front of London’s finest NFL fans, there’s no doubt in my mind that Stefon Diggs will be on a mission tonight. A win tonight on SNF is an absolute must for the Bills against a crippled Giants squad. The Bills shouldn’t get cute in this matchup, in fact, I expect them to get the ball in Diggs’ hands early and often. Diggs already has 50 targets on the year, which is 24 more than WR2 Gabe Davis, and 31 more than tight ends Dawson Knox and Dalton Kincaid.

Diggs has earned every target that he’s gotten this season. His 520 receiving yards on the season ranks sixth in the NFL and his five touchdowns are tied for first. If you didn’t know, DraftKings gives a three-point bonus to WRs with a 100+ yard performance. Diggs has been a DraftKings bonus waiting to happen. The talented wide out has gone over the century mark in four of five games this season. Scoring double digit points in every game this year, Diggs feels like a safe, yet explosive option to captain.
Core Play
Josh Allen
DraftKings Salary- $12,800
Who better to pair with Diggs than the man who is going to deliver him the football? Josh Allen should anchor your SNF lineup for a number of reason. For starters, he’s liable to be the number one fantasy scorer in any matchup. More specifically, he’s on absolute fire right now. The all-pro quarterback has thrown for more than 300 yards in back to back matchups, while throwing a touchdown pass in every game thus far.
A true double threat, Josh Allen has found the end zone with his legs in three straight games. This is a super welcomed, seeing as Josh has not been running nearly as much this season compared to previous years. In fact, Allen only has one game in which he had more than four attempts. Regardless, Allen has still been getting it done, scoring 30+ DraftKings points in two consecutive contests. My honest to God only worry is that Allen will get pulled early from the game due to a blowout.
Value
Gabe Davis
DraftKings Salary- $7,800
It wouldn’t be right to exclude Gabe Davis from all of the fun. I’m not sure that we could if we tried. The Raiders tried, so did the Commanders, Dolphins, and Jaguars. Each one of these teams failed to keep Big Play Gabe out of the end zone, making it four straight games with a touchdown. Davis even joined the century club last week going for 100 receiving yards even.

In recent years Gabe Davis had been that sort of “one-trick pony”, deep-shot guy. While he’s still liable to run behind any given secondary, Davis’ game has evolved. Gabe’s eight targets last week marked a season-high, as did his six receptions. If the volume and big plays continue for Davis tonight on SNF, he should prove to be a wonderful value at just $7,800 DraftKing dollars.
Sleeper
Latavius Murray
DraftKings Salary- $3,600
If you have not noticed by now, I’m loving a Bills onslaught tonight on SNF. Also if you haven’t noticed, I’m pretty sure that Latavius Murray might be the goal line back in Buffalo. A much larger running back than James Cook, Murray profiles as the superior ball carrier in between the tackles. Murray’s rushing numbers have not popped off the page by any means. But at just $3,600 they don’t have to. At this price, we’re pretty much crossing our fingers, hoping for a goal line carry or two, which would likely represent the best-case scenario considering Murray’s current role. Tonight Murray may offer a little more.
This game might get into blowout territory, we know this. Obviously, that sort of game script would lead to Murray and Damien Harris taking on more of the load, while the starter James Cook rests. Murray has still been involved even in close games. In fact, Latavius has at least one reception in each game this season. The other options in his price range are the Giants DST, Parris Campbell, and Damien Harris. You could make an argument for each, but I believe that Murray represents the best option to receive a meaningful touch.
Bust
Matt Breida
DraftKings Salary- $5,800
The Giants’ offensive line is in absolute shambles. They were already one of the weaker units in the league when they were healthy. Now three offensive linemen, Andrew Thomas (hamstring), John Michael Schmitz (shoulder), and Matt Peart (shoulder) have all been ruled out of SNF. Pair that with a new quarterback under center, in Tyrod Taylor, and you’ve got a recipe for failure. Not to mention that Matt Breida hasn’t exactly lit the league on fire in relief of Saquon Barkley.
I understand that $5,800 is cheap, but please believe me that your salary is best spent elsewhere. Bills kicker Tyler Bass is a full stack cheaper ($4,800) and has 3 double-digit scoring performances. Apart from Bass, there are other players that you could take a shot on instead, which would no doubt help differentiate your lineups. Breida hasn’t eclipsed 30 rushing yards all year and only has a single touchdown to his name. Historically Breida’s value has come via his receiving prowess. Not so much this season. He has 49 yards receiving on the year, 48 of which came in Week 4. I smell a bust y’all.
