Without further ado, let’s dive in!

Deep League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 6

Jose Alvarado, PG – New Orleans Pelicans (4% rostered)

“Grand Theft Alvarado” is living up to his nickname over his past three games, averaging 2.0 steals along with 9.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.7 three-pointers in just 19.0 minutes. The 25-year-old should only get more minutes as he gets healthier, and fantasy managers who need elite 3-and-D production should make the move now.

Terance Mann, PG/SG/SF – Los Angeles Clippers (6% rostered)

Mann has strung together three strong showings in a row, averaging 10.0 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.0 blocks during that span. For deep-league managers, the 27-year-old is ON FIRE. The Florida State product has started the past five games for the Clippers and deserves a spot on your fantasy team.

Matisse Thybulle, SG/SF – Portland Trailblazers (16% rostered)

Thybulle has a steal in six straight games, averaging 2.5 swipes along with 6.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.3 three-pointers during that span. The 26-year-old is thriving off the bench as a consistent 3-and-D asset, and he could do the same for your fantasy squad.

Josh Richardson, SG – Miami Heat (12% rostered)

Richardson has started the last two games in place of the injured Duncan Robinson (thumb), averaging 13.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.0 three-pointers, and 1.0 steals during that span. The Tennessee product should continue to start as long as Robinson is sidelined, providing consistent 3-and-D stats on top of points, rebounds, and assists.

Sam Hauser, SF/PF – Boston Celtics (17% rostered)

Hauser has scored double-digit points over his last three games, averaging 10.7 points along with an ELITE 2.7 three-pointers. With Kristaps Porzingis (calf) set to be re-evaluated “after a week or so”, the 25-year-old should be locked into 25-plus minutes a night and provide elite treys along with solid points and rebounds.

Taurean Prince, SF/PF – Los Angeles Lakers (5% rostered)

Prince is HEATING UP, averaging 10.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.5 three-pointers, and 1.0 blocks over his past two games. The 29-year-old offers a decent floor in the starting lineup, and he should be added if fantasy managers want consistently low-end treys, points, boards, and dimes.

Robert Covington, SF – Philadelphia 76ers (6% rostered)

Covington has at least one ‘stock’ in seven straight games, averaging 2.1 stocks during that span. He isn’t the sexiest add, but the 32-year-old is good for at least one stock and three-pointer, playing 20-plus minutes off the bench.

Daniel Theis, C – Los Angeles Clippers (9% rostered)

“Vanilla Theis” has been a fixture as the backup center for the Clippers since signing with them back on November 17th. Over his last four games, the 31-year-old is averaging 8.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.0 blocks in 19.6 minutes. The seven-year veteran looks poised to backup Ivica Zubac for the rest of the season and should provide consistent rebounds and blocks.
