My hope is that this Sleepers and Streamers series will help you win matchups all season long. There is tremendous value at the wide receiver position with how deep the position is becoming. Some players are ranked as WR3s in Week 2 when they produced WR1 weeks in Week 1. This is how you win matchups, and I am here to help you do that. Here are my favorite Week 2 wide receiver sleepers and streamers.

Wide Receiver Sleepers
Jaylen Waddle vs. New England Patriots
Jaylen Waddle has not lived up to the hype he had after his rookie season, but he faces the New England Patriots in Week 2. Waddle is ranked as the WR41 on FantasyPros, and that is asinine for the former Alabama wide receiver. In eight games against the Patriots, Waddle has 39 catches for 606 yards and five touchdowns. Despite the Dolphins looking like a tank job is on the horizon, I love Waddle to break his ranking and find the end zone this upcoming week. Start Waddle at your FLEX position with confidence. Waddle will continue to be in the sleepers column due to the mess of the team, but he is too talented to look past.
Keon Coleman @ New York Jets
Keon Coleman being tied to Josh Allen is the best thing for his career. After a down rookie season, Coleman took off in Week 1 with a WR2 finish. Currently, he is ranked as the WR37 for Week 2. Although he is playing the New York Jets, Coleman should be ranked as a WR2. Also, the New York Jets gave up 38.50 fantasy points to wide receivers in Week 1. It was the ninth most. Overall, if old man Aaron Rodgers threw for four touchdowns against the Jets, I expect Josh Allen to do something similar, with Coleman scoring in Week 2.

Wide Receiver Streamers
Deebo Samuel @ Green Bay Packers
To begin with, sometimes a player just needs a fresh start. Deebo Samuel made an impact in his debut as a Washington Commander. He finished as the WR6 with 22.6 fantasy points against the New York Giants. Samuel had seven receptions for 77 yards and a 19-yard run that ended up in the end zone.
The Green Bay Packers shut down the Detroit Lions’ offense in Week 1, but I do not expect the same in Week 2. The Thursday night matchup between these two teams could end up being the game of the week, and I expect both offenses to be clicking. Samuel is one of the better streamers at the position in Week 2 and can be started as a FLEX or a WR2 in your lineup.
Ricky Pearsall @ New Orleans Saints
Ricky Pearsall should put together a few WR1 weeks in the next month. First, George Kittle is out at least four games with a hamstring injury. Secondly, Brandon Aiyuk is still hurt. Lastly, Jauan Jennings is considered day-to-day with a shoulder injury. This is a prime situation for the second-year wide-out.
Pearsall had 14.8 fantasy points in Week 1 and finished as the WR20. He had seven targets. Yes, he only caught four, but had 108 yards, and his YPT (yards per target) was 15.43. The San Francisco 49ers will dominate the New Orleans Saints in Week 2, and Pearsall will be one of the best streamers at the position for the time being, with the injuries the team has.
