2026 Fantasy Football: Week 7 Waiver Wire Winners

We are through six weeks of football, with plenty left to go. Whether you are 6-0, 0-6, or somewhere in between in your Fantasy Football League, keep pushing. Activity wins leagues. Consistently improving your roster gives you a league edge. One easy way to do that is to use the waiver wire effectively.

Each week, I highlight players worth picking up for Fantasy Football who are rostered in 50% or fewer of various Redraft formats. Every league is different in size, scoring, and other settings, so I give you plenty of options. Let’s get it!

2026 Fantasy Football: Week 7 Waiver Wire Winners

Germie Bernard (WR, Steelers)

Germie Bernard ranges from 44-58% rostered across platforms, so I may be half cheating here by listing him. Bernard caught six of his eight targets in Week 5 for 80 yards, then 11 of his 12 targets for 87 yards and a touchdown in Week 6, a 14.4 to 25.7 Fantasy Point rise for the rookie. Solid targets, solid production, and a continued role with Michael Pittman Jr. on the IR make Bernard a must-roster player.

Omar Cooper Jr. (WR, Jets)

Omar Cooper Jr. returned from injury in Week 6 to catch six of his seven targets for 103 yards and a touchdown for 22.3 Fantasy Points. The first-round rookie led the team in all receiving categories, which is encouraging when Garrett Wilson is on the roster and Cooper missed four games in a row. With Adonai Mitchell banged up, Cooper can continue to take on that WR2 role for Geno Smith and deliver more big FLEX weeks.

Keenan Allen (WR, Colts)

Keenan Allen has been targeted nine, nine, and 11 times across his last three games played (he missed Week 4). Those games have resulted in 63, 45, and 82 receiving yards with five or more catches in all of them, with one receiving touchdown. Scores of 18.3 and 16.2 Fantasy Points in two of these three games would be solid FLEX plays. Allen is operating as the clear WR1 for Daniel Jones as a reliable veteran outlet.

Keon Coleman (WR, Bills)

Keon Coleman has now scored a touchdown in three straight games played, with two of those games resulting in 23.6 (Week 4) and 15.9 (Week 6) Fantasy Points. Coleman racked up 116 yards back in Week 4 and has now finished three games with 14+ yards per reception this season. If DJ Moore remains sidelined, Coleman could have weekly FLEX appeal, and when DJM returns, there is still a role to have.

Travis Hunter (WR, Jaguars)

Travis Hunter caught all four targets in Week 6 for 59 yards and a touchdown for 15.9 Fantasy Points. Hunter also made a crucial interception in this one. Hunter has primarily operated as a corner this season, but following this game, Head Coach Liam Coen hinted at Hunter’s role potentially growing on offense. I am still convinced Hunter may be the team’s most talented receiver. Not a bad stash as the Jaguars head into their BYE week.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. (RB, Giants)

Tyrone Tracy Jr. rushed six times for 18 yards and a touchdown and caught two balls for another 27 yards and a touchdown in Week 6 for 18.5 Fantasy Points. Najee Harris logged just four touches, and Cam Skattebo did not log a single touch. We have seen historic Fantasy Football upside out of Tracy, and while Skattebo may have been punished for fumbling issues, Tracy could have earned a role based on his big Week 6.

Malik Washington (WR, Dolphins)

Malik Washington currently leads the Dolphins by 19 in targets, by 10 in receptions, and by 135 in receiving yards. Before the Week 6 BYE, Washington has scored 11+ Fantasy Points for three straight games. Washington has earned eight or more targets three times, produced 50+ receiving yards three times, and has rushed the ball in four straight weeks. A touchdown could mean a solid FLEX week. Low upside but safe points if you need them.

Tre Tucker (WR, Raiders)

Tre Tucker caught five of his seven targets for 97 yards and two touchdowns in Week 6 for 26.7 Fantasy Points. Back in Week 2, Tucker caught five of his seven targets again for 119 yards and a touchdown for 22.9 Fantasy Points. So we have seen two spike weeks out of the Vegas WR1, who is averaging 5.83 targets per game and 15.5 yards per reception this season. An upside FLEX dart-throw in the right matchup.

Demario Douglas (WR, Patriots)

Demario Douglas has been rising the last two weeks for Fantasy Football, with scores of 22.5 then 19.6 points. Douglas caught four of his five targets for 65 yards and two touchdowns in Week 5, then he caught seven of his eight targets for 86 yards and a touchdown in Week 6. Growing targets and touchdown upside. AJ Brown is back, but Romeo Doubs suffered an injury to monitor, which can create continued target volume.

Antonio Williams (WR, Commanders)

Terry McLaurin was carted off during Monday Night Football, and Treylon Burks was also banged up. If you know me, you know I have been a fan of Antonio Williams’ dynamic playmaking abilities. The rookie finished with 64 yards and a TD in Week 1 and produced 51 yards in Week 6. There is a boosted role on the table for Williams, should McLaurin miss time.

Kendrick Bourne (WR, Cardinals)

Marvin Harrison Jr. is now a Texan, which has opened the door for Kendrick Bourne to serve as the WR2 for the Cardinals. In Week 5, Bourne was targeted eight times and caught five of those for 70 yards. In Week 6, Bourne was targeted eight times and caught five passes for 47 yards. Jacoby Brissett is averaging 39 passing attempts per game, so Bourne having a sticky role can return FLEX value with that volume.

Ja’Kobi Lane (WR, Ravens)

Ja’Kobi Lane returned from injury in Week 6 to catch four of his five targets for 40 yards. The rookie tied for second in targets and receptions upon his return, and Rashod Bateman left Week 6 due to aggravating his lingering shoulder issue. Lane can secure the WR2 role and have even more FLEX appeal once Lamar Jackson returns from injury.

Jonah Coleman (RB, Broncos)

The last time we saw Jonah Coleman play, he rushed 10 times for 39 yards and a touchdown, caught three balls for 19 yards, and finished with 14.8 Fantasy Points in Week 2. A high-ankle sprain has sidelined the rookie, who can return from the IR in Week 7. JK Dobbins has scored a rushing touchdown in back-to-back games, but has been unimpressive and inefficient otherwise. Stash Coleman, who can legit steal the early-down role this season.

Emmett Johnson (RB, Chiefs)

Emmett Johnson has flashed his dual-threat upside in the receiving department this season, with three weeks of catching two balls for 44, 20,m and 18-yard totals. Johnson is explosive, but has not had tons of opportunities to flash it with Kenneth Walker III looking like this year’s Offensive Player of the Year. Seeing KWIII’s workload and success in KC should encourage you to stash the rookie as an upside handcuff.

Jaylin Noel (WR, Texans)

Yes, Nico Collins is the WR1 in Houston. Yes, Marvin Harrison Jr. is in town with his former college quarterback. But we cannot ignore the chemistry that Jaylin Noel is building with CJ Stroud. Noel produced 89 yards on four touches in Week 4, scored a touchdown in Week 5, and finished with 107 yards and a touchdown in Week 6. A 11.9 to 15.2 to 20.7 fantasy-point climb. Deeper league FLEX potential.

Samaje Perine (RB, Bengals)

Before the Week 6 BYE, Samaje Perine rushed 14 times for 68 yards, caught two balls for 10 yards and a receiving touchdown, and finished with 15.8 Fantasy Points. That game, the veteran finished with one more rushing attempt than Chase Brown, who has been highly inefficient as a rusher the last two games played. Perine could carve out a complementary role or, at minimum, is a solid handcuff to stash in a good offense.

Kaelon Black (RB, 49ers)

Writing this before anything happens in Monday Night Football, but Kaelon Black is a handcuff worth stashing for the rest of the season due to: the 49ers being so high on him during the draft process, Christian McCaffrey’s injury history + age, and the history of upside in SF for their RB1. Black rushed 14 times for 65 yards in Week 1, and has three games after with six or more touches. Stashing handcuffs with upside potential is simply smart.

Jahan Dotson (WR, Falcons)

Deeper league suggestion here, but Jahan Dotson has produced FLEX-worthy numbers in two of his last three games played with scores of 13.4 (Week 4) and 17.7 (Week 6) Fantasy Points. Dotson has produced 54, 54, and 87 receiving yards across the last two weeks, with two touchdowns during this span. Dotson’s targets have climbed from three to four to five. Dotson’s role can continue growing.

Ryan Flournoy (WR, Cowboys)

Ryan Flournoy may have established himself as the third option for Dak Prescott over Jake Ferguson in this Cowboys offense. Flournoy caught seven of his nine targets in Week 6 for 40 yards and a touchdown, which was 17 Fantasy Points. Flournoy racked up 90 yards on three catches in the game prior. Deeper league option here, but one that can bring FLEX potential.

Kendre Miller (RB, Saints)

If you are desperate for a running back in Week 7, Kendre Miller could fill a hole. Miller was not super efficient or effective in Week 6, but he did finish the game with a solid 22 touches. The Saints have a BYE in Week 8, and Travis Etienne Jr. can return from the IR in Week 9, so this suggestion may only be short-lived. The volume is encouraging for managers looking for running backs getting work.

Michael Mayer (TE, Raiders)

Across the last four weeks of football, Michael Mayer has finished with 12.2, 16.2, and 16.5 Fantasy Points in three of those weeks. Mayer scored a touchdown in Week 3, produced 82 yards in Week 4, and racked up 94 yards in Week 6. Mayer has earned eight and seven targets in Weeks 4 and 6, which can be a product of both his talent and also a lack of wide receiver quality as his team’s “TE2”.

Konata Mumpfield (WR, Rams)

Davante Adams is set to miss 6-10 weeks due to injury, which can open the door for Konata Mumpfield to operate as the team’s WR2. In Week 3, Mumpfield caught four of his eight targets for 93 yards and a touchdown for 19.3 Fantasy Points. Matthew Stafford has several tight ends, when all healthy, that he can spread the ball to, but the WR2 role can earn volume.
