2026 NFL DFS: Monday Night Football Plays

Going into Seattle is never easy. Doing so on a Monday night takes the difficulty up a few notches. There’s a lot to unpack as Caleb Williams leads a dynamic Chicago Bears offense against the Seahawks. The expectation is that it’s going to be a closely contested game with the home team favored by just three points. An over/under of 46.5 points says there should be a fair amount of offense, and that only means good things for our Monday Night Football DFS plays. Let’s take a look at how our options rank and some players for consideration.

MNF Notes

Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks

Sometimes, you just have to throw caution to the wind. Yes, Smith-Njigba is as expensive as it gets. This is a situation, though, in which you get what you pay for.

We are dealing with a situation where a bad game means five catches for 76 yards. No, I didn’t stutter. Yes, that’s a bad game, as it’s the only one in which the cheat code didn’t break the century mark in yardage. Through seven games, JSN has 58 catches for 867 yards and eight touchdowns. No, he’s not a sure thing, but this is as close to one as we are going to find.

De’Andre Swift, Chicago Bears

With Kyle Monangai out once again, Swift is in position for another strong season. Swift has seven touchdowns this season as the Bears have leaned on him most weeks. He’s coming off a 22-carry, 78-yard performance last Thursday night. Between the early Week 7 game and Monday night’s kickoff, Swift will have had the benefit of an extended break, so fresh legs should be in order.

The expectation is that Caleb Williams will struggle. That means the Bears will look to establish the running game, and Swift could be a popular option in that quest. Swift is averaging 68 rushing yards, and his seven touchdowns show a nose for the endzone.

Colston Loveland, Chicago Bears

Everyone can just exhale. I think, anyway.

After the way he concluded the 2025 season, it seemed as if Loveland couldn’t rise fast enough this offseason. Instead, it took Loveland to Week 6 to secure his first touchdown of the season. We didn’t have to wait that long again as Loveland followed that up with a touchdown in consecutive games.

Yes, the matchup is tough for Loveland. However, we can say that across the board for all of Chicago’s receivers. It’s also important to remember the over/under, as well as Seattle’s defensive reputation to uphold. However, someone has to catch the ball and move it downfield for Chicago.

Over the past two weeks, Loveland was targeted 19 times and has 13 catches for 134 yards. This is who we thought we were getting on draft day.

Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks

Not only is Charbonnet back, but we aren’t getting a true bargain. George Holani hasn’t distinguished himself, and Jadarian Price is on the Injured List, so it’s really Emanuel Wilson who will be alongside Charbonnet.

Of course, Wilson is coming off his best game of the season, in which he gained 100 yards on 24 carries with a touchdown. Overall, Wilson has had a solid start to the season, and it’s not like he’s truly going to fade from relevance. However, Charbonnet rushed for 734 yards and 12 touchdowns last week and can’t be overlooked. The problem is that a 50/50 timeshare might not be ideal for anyone.

Charbonnet returns without an injury designation, but think twice before investing.
