Christian McCaffrey fantasy managers can’t catch a break this year, and his injury happened right before playoffs are about to start. Don’t worry though, I have the best Week 13 RB rankings list out there. This list will fulfill all your injury concerns and empty roster spots.
Believe it or not, but if you lost a top RB to an injury this year, there are tons of under-the-radar streamer RBs that will get you the win this week. Let’s get into the list.
Just as a reminder if you haven’t seen my other rankings, this list is based on half PPR scoring.

Week 13 Running Back Notes:
Elijah Mitchell makes it into the top 10 this week at RB6. Mitchell has been the clear number one RB for the 49ers. But after being injured last week, fantasy owners forgot what they had. In his comeback game last week, Mitchell put up 25.3 fantasy points with 133 yards on the ground. Mitchell is a running machine and he has the Seahawks this week. The Seahawks defense is second worst when it comes to fantasy RBs. Mitchell is a clear RB1 this week.
Next, I have Miles Sanders just breaking the top-20 this week. Sanders missed three weeks due to an injury. But since his return, he has gotten the job down on the ground but has yet to find the end zone. This is the week Sanders breaks out against the Jets. The Jets are the worst fantasy defense against RBs this season. Sanders is slowly starting to break off and all he needs is those touchdowns. This is the week he goes off. Sanders is a must-start.
Last, I have Myles Gaskin as my RB15 this week against the Giants. The Giants are the fifth-worst fantasy defense against RBs and Gaskin is on a hot streak over the past two weeks. Put two and two together, this means Gaskin is a clear start this week. He has finally made an impact in this offense and should be a threat going into the playoffs. He is getting hot at the right time and I expect him to continue that streak into this week.
