This week’s waiver wire presents a golden opportunity to strengthen your lineup with overlooked gems poised to make an impact in the pivotal weeks ahead with the top Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Adds for Deep Leagues for Week 22!

The following players are rostered in less than 50% of Fantrax leagues.

Deep League Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Adds for Week 22

Miles McBride, PG – New York Knicks (35% rostered)

McBride went from a bench player playing mediocre minutes to a starter averaging over 46 minutes a game overnight. Over the past three games, the 23-year-old is averaging 22.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 4.3 three-pointers, and 1.0 steals. The West Virginia product played 48 minutes on Saturday, dropping 26 points on 9-of-16 shooting from the field. Head coach Tom Thibodeau is notorious for playing his starters heavy minutes, which bodes well for the third-year pro. RUN, don’t walk, to add McBride.

Keon Ellis, SG – Sacramento Kings (33% rostered)

Ellis enjoyed a career game on Saturday, posting 19 points, six assists, five rebounds, four threes, two steals, and one block in 37 minutes (43.0 fantasy points). While the 24-year-old won’t consistently light it up from the field (4.5 points in his previous four games), the stocks are here to stay. The Alabama product is averaging a ROBUST 2.3 steals and 1.3 blocks over the past seven games. There’s not a guard on your waiver wire that can rack up stocks in a hurry like Ellis can. Consequently, he’s a no-brainer add in category leagues for managers who need steals and blocks (who doesn’t?).

Mo Bamba, C – Philadelphia 76ers (27% rostered)

Bamba has finally turned the corner since being inserted in the starting lineup in favor of Paul Reed. Over the past four games, the 25-year-old is averaging 7.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.4 three-pointers, 1.4 steals, and 1.8 blocks. There aren’t many centers floating on your waiver wire that can provide triple-1 stats (one three, one steal, one block). The Texas product has a very safe nightly floor as long as he sticks in the starting lineup.

Kris Murray, SF – Portland Trailblazers (33% rostered)

Since failing to score back on March 16, Murray has supplied four double-digit scoring outputs in a row. He’s averaging 14.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.8 three-pointers, and 1.8 steals (28.8 fantasy points) during that four-game stretch. The 23-year-old has started 17 games in a row and looks primed to finish the season in the same role. The Iowa product should provide plenty of swipes, triples, points, and boards for fantasy managers.

Jock Landale, C – Houston Rockets (34% rostered)

Before Saturday’s six-point dud, Landale was HEATING UP in his previous two games, averaging 13.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 4.5 blocks. The 28-year-old deserves grace for Saturday’s performance given the blowout nature of the game. The Saint Mary’s product should bounce back and supply fantasy managers with plenty of boards, blocks, points, and dimes.
