Welcome to CFF Week 10 G6 Risers. Every Tuesday morning, waivers clear. Then, rostership numbers jump. So, my goal is simple. I want to get you to these players before your leaguemates find them.
This week, I have four names for you. First, there’s a quarterback who keeps putting up 25 points like it’s his job. Which, to be fair, it is. Next comes a backup running back who just took over his backfield. Then, there’s a third receiver who keeps finding the end zone. Finally, we have a familiar face at tight end. Yes, he’s back. Honestly, at this point, he should start paying rent in this column.
Three of these players are rostered in 10% of leagues or less. In other words, there’s still time. However, that window closes Tuesday morning. So, let’s get to it. Here is CFF Week 10 G6 Risers.
There’s no such thing as too much football! 2026 is the perfect time to add the college game to your fantasy football repertoire. Whether you want to create your own league or join an existing league, the Fantrax College Football Commissioner is the place to go!
CFF Week 10 G6 Risers
Quarterback
Rickie Collins, Kennesaw State
Fantrax Rostership: 10%
Total Fantasy Points: 155.1
Fantasy Points Per Game: 19.4 (6-point passing TD)
First up is Rickie Collins. Right now, he’s rostered in just 10% of Fantrax leagues. Frankly, that number is way too low.
Look at his last four games. He has scored 25.82, 24.9, 3.36, and 27.14 fantasy points. Now, I know what you’re thinking. What happened in that 3.36 game? Well, that came against Liberty. The Flames are the seventh-stingiest defense in the nation against quarterbacks. In fact, they allow only 14.81 points per game to the position.
So, let’s give Collins a pass on that one. Every quarterback has a bad day against a great defense. Even the pros do. After all, nobody looks good on their worst day. Just ask my buddy Grimm about his fantasy team from last week. *inside joke – hope he reads this*
More importantly, look at how he bounced back. He followed that dud with 27.14 points. That’s not a quarterback who is rattled. Instead, that’s a quarterback who shook it off and went back to work.
QB Rickie Collins: Delaware Is the Perfect Bounce-Back Spot
Now, here’s the best part. Kennesaw State plays Delaware in Week 10. The Fightin’ Blue Hens allow 27.86 points per game to quarterbacks. That’s the second-worst mark in Conference USA. On top of that, it ranks in the bottom 30 in the nation.
Think about that for a second. Collins has scored around 25 points in three of his last four games. Meanwhile, Delaware allows nearly 28 points per game to the position. Simply put, those numbers fit together nicely.
So, what do I expect? I would expect 24 to 28 points again this Saturday. That’s starter production from a player sitting on 90% of waiver wires. Therefore, if you need a quarterback, this is your guy.
For that reason, Collins leads off CFF Week 10 G6 Risers. Don’t be surprised if that 10% looks very different by Tuesday afternoon.
Have yourself a night, @RickieJCollins1!

Running Back
Seth Cromwell, James Madison
Fantrax Rostership: 1%
Total Fantasy Points: 56.3
Fantasy Points Per Game: 7
Next, let’s talk about Seth Cromwell. Right now, he’s rostered in just 1% of leagues. In other words, almost nobody has him. That’s about to change.
Here’s the backstory. George Pettaway was out in Week 9. As a result, Cromwell took over the James Madison backfield. And he didn’t just fill in. Instead, he took over.
Cromwell carried the ball 23 times for 135 yards and a touchdown. He also caught two passes for 19 yards. That’s 25 touches in one game. Some backup running backs only see 25 touches in a month.
Also, look at the efficiency. That’s 5.9 yards per carry on a heavy workload. In other words, he wasn’t just soaking up carries. He was making them count. As a result, the coaching staff has every reason to keep feeding him.
Now, the big question is Pettaway’s status. Fortunately, I don’t expect to see Pettaway back for Week 10. If he sits again, Cromwell is the lead back once more.
RB Seth Cromwell: Southern Miss Can’t Stop the Run
And wow, what a week to be the lead back. JMU plays Southern Miss in Week 10. Unfortunately for Southern Miss, they can’t stop the run. Specifically, they rank 135th out of 138 FBS teams against running backs. They allow 36.36 fantasy points per game to the position. On top of that, they give up 223.4 rushing yards per game. That also ranks 135th out of 138.
Let that sink in. Only three teams in the country are worse at stopping running backs. Meanwhile, Cromwell just handled 23 carries. At this point, Southern Miss’s run defense is less of a wall and more of a welcome mat.
Of course, keep an eye on the injury report. If Pettaway returns, Cromwell’s role shrinks. However, that seems unlikely this week. So, grab Cromwell now while he’s sitting at 1%.
That’s why Cromwell belongs in CFF Week 10 G6 Risers. Volume plus a terrible run defense is the easiest math in fantasy football.

Wide Receiver
Kyle Koch, North Texas
Fantrax Rostership: 1%
Total Fantasy Points: 96.3
Fantasy Points Per Game: 12
Next up is Kyle Koch. Like Cromwell, he’s rostered in only 1% of leagues. Also like Cromwell, he got his chance because of an injury.
Milliner has been out since early October. Since then, Koch has stepped up in a big way. First, he scored 15.5 points against Charlotte. Then, he added 12.8 points against Navy. After that, he exploded for 28.8 points against FAU last week.
But the touchdowns are what jump off the page. Koch has four touchdowns in his last three games. Even better, he has five in his last four. Clearly, when North Texas gets close, Koch is finding the end zone.
Now, let’s be honest about his role. Koch is the third option in this passing game. Justin Stevenson is the top target. After him, there’s Jahiem White. So, Koch won’t lead the team in targets most weeks.
However, here’s why that doesn’t scare me. North Texas throws the ball all over the field. In fact, Tayven Jackson ranks in the top five in the country in passing yards per game. When a quarterback throws that much, even the third option eats.
WR Kyle Koch: Rice Can Be Beaten on the Outside
Next, look at the matchup. North Texas plays Rice in Week 10. The Owls allow 44.41 fantasy points per game to wide receivers. That’s the 10th-most in the nation. Plus, Rice can be beaten on the outside. That’s exactly where Koch and Stevenson line up.
So, what should you expect? Well, I would expect Stevenson to get his. After all, he’s the top option for a reason. Still, there’s plenty to go around against this defense.
Also, don’t forget the touchdown streak. Five scores in four games is not luck. Instead, it tells you he has the quarterback’s trust in the red zone.
Bottom line, if you need 10 to 16 points in Week 10, look at Koch. He’s on a team that’s slinging it, and he’s facing a defense that can’t cover the outside. That combination has made him a riser.

Tight End
Connor Lair, Missouri State
Fantrax Rostership: 30%
Total Fantasy Points: 68.4
Fantasy Points Per Game: 8.6
Lastly, we have a repeat customer. Last week, I told you to pick up Connor Lair. However, I also told you to play with caution if Breezy Dubar was back.
Well, Dubar was active. And it was still the Connor Lair show.
Lair carried the ball 19 times for 75 yards and a touchdown. So much for a quieter game. Apparently, nobody told Lair that Dubar was back. Or maybe they did, and he just didn’t care.
Now, zoom out a little. Over his last three weeks, Lair has 48 carries for 225 yards and three touchdowns. Remember, he’s a tight end. Specifically, he’s a tight end with running back eligibility in Fantrax. In other words, you’re getting running back volume in your tight end slot.
Think about how rare that is. Most weeks, you’re hoping your tight end catches four passes and doesn’t drop the fifth. Meanwhile, Lair is getting 16 carries a game. That’s not a tight end. That’s a cheat code.
Admittedly, his rostership is already up to 30%. So, he’s not a secret anymore. Still, that means 70% of leagues are missing out. If you’re in one of them, it’s time to fix that.
Missouri State plays FIU in Week 10. Honestly, the matchup almost doesn’t matter. When a player gets this much work, you start him. Plain and simple, you have no choice. Pick him up and start him against FIU.
That’s why Lair is back in CFF Week 10 G6 Risers. Once again, he earned it.
Connor Lair extends the lead for the Bears 💪

The Bottom Line
To sum it up, each of these players has a role you can trust. First, Collins has three games around 25 points in his last four. Next, Cromwell has the lead job against one of the worst run defenses in the country. Then, Koch is scoring touchdowns in a pass-happy offense. Finally, Lair keeps getting running back carries at tight end.
Need a quarterback? Add Collins first. For running back help, grab Cromwell. Meanwhile, if your receivers are banged up, take a shot on Koch. And if you still don’t have Lair, stop reading and go get him.
