Here we outline Fantasy EPL Gameweek 24 Waiver Wire Targets that are 40% rostered or below on Fantrax. These players will also have a favorable run of fixtures upcoming, so they could perform very well over the upcoming period! Plus, this week we bring you a bargain bin edition, meaning that most of these players should be free or cost you very minimal bids to secure off of waivers.

Jonjo Shelvey
Position: Midfielder
Team: Newcastle
Rostered: 13%
Next Fixture: Everton (Home)
Prospects: Newcastle looks to have started clicking a bit better in recent weeks and they have finally put their relegation survival shoes on. They are also looking to bolster the squad further after buying Wood and Trippier, before the window closes and the reported interest in Bruno Guimares, if it is happening would give the whole team a boost. The boost would be especially helpful for Shelvey, who has been putting in shifts all over the midfield roles, but if the Portuguese MID signs, he would be afforded a more attacking, freer role. Time to buy in on the cheap
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or about 2-5% of my remaining FAB on Shelvey.
Milot Rashica
Position: Midfielder
Team: Norwich
Rostered: 37%
Next Fixture: Crystal Palace (Home)
Prospects: Rashica continues to be under 40% rostered, so we are continuing to recommend him any chance we get. He was featured in the Chaps Hot/Cold article this week and with good reason. He will be the motor in any survival push Norwich can muster up.
Verdict: Rashica should cost you 2-3% of your FAB, which should equate to a $1-2 bid.
Joachim Andersen
Position: Defender
Team: Crystal Palace
Ownership: 16%
Next Fixture: Norwich (Away)
Prospects: Andersen put up 8.5 points against Liverpool while conceding 3 goals without an attacking return. That is mighty impressive! Although Norwich has looked better recently, they are still a team to target when considering defenders. He may not be a sexy option, but he will get the job done.
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or about 0% of my remaining FAB on Andersen.
