Gameweek 24 Waiver Wire Targets
Here we outline Fantasy EPL Gameweek 24 Waiver Wire Targets that are 40% rostered or below on Fantrax.
Craig Dawson
Position: Defender
Team: Wolves
Rostered: 16%
Next Fixture: Bournemouth (Home)
Prospects: Craig “Mo-Fo” Dawson has been signed by Wolves without much fanfare, but he quikcly ousted Nate Collins from the starting lineup and returned to his Fantrax legend ways. He is collecting ghost points well, Lopetegui has the defence as solid as ever, and we know he is capable of an attacking return now and again. With a double gameweek in GW25 looming and a relatively easy fixture this weekend, he could provide great value for the next 2 weeks at least.
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3 FAB to get him.
Kamaldeen Sulemana
Position: Midfielder
Team: Southampton
Rostered: 15%
Next Fixture: Chelsea (Away)
Prospects: A true “dribbly boi” in all his glory. Sulemana has completed 8 dribbles last weekend to underline to everyone how he was going to score all the Fantrax points. With Jesse Marsch in at Southampton, a lot of question marks surround how the team is going to play and who is or is not going to play, but one thing is for sure, if Sulemana plays, you are in for a pgreat ghost points haul. Pick him up and hope he nails down a spot. The fixture against Chelsea should not deter you. They are far from the suffocating presence they once were.
Verdict: I would use a mid-range waiver claim or 3-5 FAB to get him.
Kelechi Iheanacho
Position: Forward
Team: Leicester
Ownership: 27%
Next Fixture: Man Utd (Away)
Prospects: We have been expecting Leicester’s attacking revival and we touted Iheanacho on The Draft Society last week as he continued his purple patch with another monster score. He is still criminally under-rostered, so if you can pick him up, and ride until the wheels fall off, he will surely help you to a few wins in the upcoming gameweeks.
Verdict: I would use a high-end waiver claim or 10-15 FAB to get him.
