Fantasy Football 2025: Week 16 Wide Receiver Rankings

As we roll into my Week 16 wide receiver rankings, this means that you have made it past the first round of the playoffs. That means one more win, and you will be in the championship. However, some major injuries did happen this week that could derail your way into the championship. Davante Adams suffered a hamstring injury that could leave him out for Thursday Night. Patrick Mahomes tore his ACL, which could hurt Rashee Rice’s production.

Wide Receiver Notes

  • Let’s start with Jameson Williams as my WR8. Williams has been on a tear the second half of the season, and I don’t see him slowing down this week. The Lions can’t afford to lose another game if they want to make the playoffs. I expect a huge game from both Amon-Ra St. Brown and Williams. Williams has now scored five receiving touchdowns since Week 9. I expect Jared Goff to air the ball out like he did last week.
  • Next, I have Jaylen Waddle as my WR14 going against the Bengals. Waddle has a great chance to go off this week. But, I would be cautious as the Bengals’ defense is holding fantasy wide receivers to just 21.5 fantasy points per game. However, I believe this game will be a shootout, and Waddle will be the leading wide receiver on the Dolphins.
  • Lastly, I have Emeka Egbuka as my WR29 going against the Panthers. Egbuka needs to be benched this week. Egbuka has not scored over double digits since Week 10. It does not look like that will be changing anytime soon. The Panthers’ defense is top-notch and will likely shut down the Buccaneers. I would like to be wrong on this, but Egbuka is way too risky a player to start this week.
