Week 20 Draft EPL Waiver Wire

The week 20 EPL waiver wire sees us into the second half of the season.

Week 19 suggestions all scored positive points. They provided good fillers with the defenders (Timothy Castagne, Illia Zabarnyi, and Matt Doherty) all being interesting choices moving forward, including this week.

It continues to be a season where anything is possible. Ipswich surprised with a 2-0 win over Chelsea. Nottingham Forest stay in the top four. Manchester City got back to winning ways, while Manchester United continue to falter.

Week 20 Fantasy EPL Draft Waiver Wire

Neco Williams – Defender – 45% Rostered –  Wolves vs Nottingham Forest

Neco lost favor early in the season, but he’s started every game since November 30. He’s scoring points too, along with most Forest players and especially defenders. Forest is 3rd in the table and has won five in a row, including three straight clean sheets. He taken at least one shot in each game and assisted on a goal as well. There’s a lot to like here, especially against an inconsistent Wolves team. There aren’t many Forest players left on the EPL waiver wire, so take the chance here if you can.

Harry Wilson Midfielder – 35% Rostered –  Fulham vs Ipswich

Wilson was recommended three ago against Southampton. He went scoreless (thought solid) in that game, but has scored in the two games since. Fulham has climbed into 8th place at the table. They haven’t lost in their last seven games. Ipswich will be looking to build on its shock win against Chelsea, but they still sit in 18th place. Wilson and Fulham players should be considered on the EPL waiver wire.

Jarell Quansah – Defender – 11% Rostered –  Liverpool vs Manchester United

Injuries mean that the young center-back should get the start against United. It would only be his second start of the season. Liverpool continues to dominate opponents, so he is worth a roster spot and start. Man U, on the other hand, have been disastrous, having been shut out in three in a row. Pay attention to injury reports, this week and ongoing for Quansah.

Paul OnuachuForward – 7% Rostered –  Southampton vs Brentford

It’s hard to recommend offensive players for the worst offensive team in the EPL, but EPL Fantrax managers know that points don’t only come from goals. He’s started two straight with solid outputs, and he had nine shots in those two games. He’s not afraid to shoot, and that could equal points. With forwards hard to come by on the EPL waiver wire, there’s some potential here.

Follow your gut, the matchups, and the data.

Have fun. Good luck!
