The EPL Waiver Wire continues to offer value for Fantrax EPL draft managers.
Manchester City and Arsenal are still undefeated, but sit behind league leaders Liverpool. There are still four EPL teams that have yet to win.
From last week’s suggestions, Raul Jimenez scored and Fabio Carvalho (still only at 44% rostered) grabbed an assist. It’s a reminder to EPL managers that there are still players out there and moves to make.
Week 7 EPL Waiver wire suggestions (under 50% rostered) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
Week 7 Fantasy EPL Draft Waiver Wire
Francisco Evanilson – Forward – 45% Rostered – Leicester vs Bournemouth
The big signing for Bournemouth finally scored his first goal. He’s been active and dangerous but had yet to find the back of the net. He’s averaging two shots a game. Leicester has yet to keep a clean sheet and has conceded more than one goal in four of six games. There should be chances for him.
Mikkel Damsgaard – Midfielder – 27% Rostered – Brentford vs Wolves
Since he’s been starting, Damsgaard is averaging about 10 points a game. He’s done all of this without a goal or assist. Brentford faces Wolves, who are last in the league and have the worst goals-against record in the EPL. This is an EPL waiver wire choice that is both a strong choice on the week and one that could help managers move forward.
Mads Hermansen– Goalie – 24% Rostered – Leicester vs Bournemouth
The Leicester keeper leads the EPL in saves and is currently ranked 4th in scoring the Fantrax amongst goalies. He has 17 saves against Arsenal, which is just incredible. He’s conceded 12, but that amount of saves more than makes up for it. He’s yet to lose points, which can’t be said about every keeper. If you’re looking for a keeper on the EPL waiver wire, Hermansen offers a solution. The Foxes have a decent schedule over the next few weeks too.
Maxence Lacroix – Defender – 20% Rostered – Crystal Palace vs Liverpool
Most of his points are coming on the defensive end of the field, but he added an assist last game and has a shot in each of his last two games. He doesn’t have a great matchup this weekend, but his low score is seven and his top is 16.5. This makes Lacroix a defender that you should be able to keep for the season.
On the EPL waiver wire, managers need to keep balancing the need to win this week and be looking for players who add ongoing value. Trust your gut. Follow the matchups.
Good luck!
