13 Fantasy Basketball Streamers for Week 22

Week 22 is here, and for most standard leagues, that means the second round or the semifinals of the fantasy basketball playoffs. For some of you, this is the championship. And if your league runs deep into April, this could even be the first round.

Week 22 Strategy: Why Streaming Matters Right Now

Whether you are in the bracket — just getting started, fighting through the semifinals, or playing for a title — this is where streaming can make or break your week.

At this stage of the season, you need a plan.

Week 22 is all about maximizing games played and staying flexible with your roster. That means making tough decisions — including moving on from name-brand players if they’re no longer helping you win.

I’ve had a ton of questions about players like Keyonte George and Lauri Markkanen heading into this week. And while those are just a couple of examples, the message applies across the board: if a player is injured, limited, or simply not providing enough value, you cannot afford to hold them.

At this point, roster spots are everything.

If someone is costing you games played, they need to go — no matter how big the name is.

Adapting to a Different Schedule

This is the time to lean fully into streaming. Don’t be afraid to roll with “no-name” players who are getting minutes and opportunities. Volume is king, especially in points leagues.

That becomes even more important when looking at the weekly schedule.

Week 21 showed how unpredictable things can be. Two teams played five games, but not every player benefited. Some were rested, and others even sat in consecutive games (yeah… looking at you, Bilal Coulibaly).

It also featured back-to-backs almost every day, creating constant streaming opportunities. That won’t be the case this week. Week 22 has far fewer back-to-backs, so planning your adds is even more important.

On the flip side, if you streamed Oso Ighodaro, you likely benefited. He took full advantage of the schedule and delivered across all five games for the Suns.

Week 22 Schedule Breakdown

Now we shift to a very different setup in Week 22.

There are 20 teams playing four games, eight teams playing three, and two teams playing just two games.

And as we know—especially in points leagues—that matters.

Teams like the Timberwolves and Suns only play twice this week. In most formats, that’s not enough to justify holding fringe players—and sometimes even solid rotation pieces.

At this point in the season, quantity often beats quality.

How to Use This Article

All of the players featured in this article are widely available, rostered in under 30% of Yahoo leagues. That makes them realistic and actionable streaming options in most formats.

Week 22 Fantasy Basketball Streamers

Jarace Walker, SF/PF, Indiana Pacers

It’s honestly perplexing that Walker’s roster percentage has dipped below 30% on Yahoo, but no complaints here. If he was dropped in your league, now is the time to scoop him up. Over his last five games, he hasn’t played fewer than 30 minutes, averaging 15.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 2.8 threes, and 1.0 stocks in 33.3 minutes per game. The 22-year-old is locked into heavy minutes the rest of the way, and with four games on tap, he should be universally rostered and streamed this week.

Moussa Diabate, C, Charlotte Hornets

Diabaté has had a rollercoaster season. He began the year coming off the bench behind rookie Ryan Kalkbrenner, but once Kalkbrenner went down with an injury, Diabaté stepped into the starting role and thrived. Now, even with both centers healthy, he appears to have a firm grip on the starting job for the rest of the season.

He’s been volatile in recent games—posting 20.0, 13.5, 36.6, 10.5, and most recently 38.3 fantasy points against the Grizzlies—but that’s been the pattern: alternating big games with quieter ones. Still, with four games this week and favorable matchups against the Kings, Knicks, and Sixers, the 24-year-old offers a solid floor with clear upside.

Tre Jones Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire

Tre Jones, PG/SG, Chicago Bulls

Jones is putting together a March to remember, averaging 16.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.0 three per game across his last 10 contests in the month. The former Duke Blue Devil opens the week against the Rockets before facing the Sixers and Thunder—three competitive matchups that should keep him heavily involved. With consistent minutes north of 28 per game, he brings a steady, reliable floor for the week.

Daniel Gafford, C, Dallas Mavericks

Since returning from a three-game absence, Gafford is starting to heat up, averaging 15.5 points and 10.5 rebounds over his last two games in just 23.8 minutes per night. The defensive stats haven’t quite been there, but he’s more than capable of racking up points and boards in limited run.

While the Arkansas product isn’t expected to play in back-to-backs the rest of the season, the Mavericks don’t have one next week. That sets him up to appear in every game—barring any late-season “ping pong ball” shenanigans—making him a strong short-term option.

Herb Jones, SG/SF/PF, New Orleans Pelicans

Jones can be one of the more frustrating fantasy players to roster—just when he heats up, a cold stretch tends to follow. That said, his recent play has been encouraging. He hasn’t scored fewer than 20 fantasy points in his last six games, averaging 10.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.3 threes, and 2.0 steals in 31.2 minutes.

His versatility keeps him locked into the starting lineup, with the ability to slot in from shooting guard through power forward. Even with occasional duds, a four-game week and matchups against the Knicks, Pistons, and Raptors give him a strong streaming case.

Yves Missi, C, New Orleans Pelicans

Missi’s name was tossed around at the trade deadline like a football on Thanksgiving—but ultimately, he stayed put, and that’s been a win for New Orleans. He’s been on a tear lately, averaging 6.3 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and an eye-popping 3.0 blocks over his last four games in just 24.6 minutes.

Coming off the bench isn’t ideal for his floor, but he’s playing too well to ignore in deeper leagues. The Pelicans also have a Thursday-Friday back-to-back, and with Dejounte Murray unlikely to play both, Missi has a strong chance to start one of those games—giving him legitimate upside.

Cody Williams, SG/SF, Utah Jazz

Williams has been a staple in my recent streaming articles, and until his roster percentage climbs above 30% on Yahoo, that won’t change. The Colorado product hasn’t played fewer than 25 minutes over his last 10 games, averaging 15.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 1.2 stocks in 34.4 minutes per game.

Back on March 15, he dropped a career-high 34 points with seven rebounds and seven assists, plus a steal and a block—flashing real upside when given the opportunity. With Keyonte George and Isaiah Collier both dealing with hamstring issues, Williams is in line for heavy minutes the rest of the way, giving him a very stable floor.

Elijah Harkless, SG, Utah Jazz

Allow me to introduce Elijah Harkless. For those unfamiliar, he went undrafted in 2023 and worked his way into the G League, where he broke out during the 2024–25 season with averages of 27.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 4.5 assists—earning Most Improved Player honors and an All-NBA G League Second Team selection. He later signed a two-way contract with the Utah Jazz on January 1 and has continued to build momentum since.

Over his last five games, the 26-year-old is averaging 13.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 2.0 threes, and 2.0 steals in 32.1 minutes. He has started three of the last four games, including each of the last two, and could remain in that role while Keyonte George and Isaiah Collier are sidelined.

The UNLV product offers a stable floor with solid all-around production in a four-game week.

Daniss Jenkins, PG/SG, Detroit Pistons

Jenkins has flashed upside in limited minutes behind Cade Cunningham, but with Cunningham sidelined due to a collapsed lung, the starting point guard role now belongs to the 24-year-old.

Since stepping into that role, he’s averaging 15.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 6.7 assists, 1.7 threes, and 1.0 steal in 30.9 minutes per game. He’s locked into 30+ minutes the rest of the way and should be universally rostered at this point.

Nique Clifford, SG/SF, Sacramento Kings

Clifford was playing excellent basketball before missing Thursday’s game against the Sixers with a hamstring issue. In his previous six games, the Colorado State product averaged 12.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.8 threes, and 1.5 steals in 34.7 minutes per game.

The rookie is expected to remain locked into the starting lineup as the Kings prioritize youth development with their 2024 first-round pick.

Taylor Hendricks. SF/PF/C, Memphis Grizzlies

Hendricks has been on a surprising run since missing the March 9 game against the Nets, averaging 12.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.3 steals, 1.6 blocks, and 1.4 threes in 25.4 minutes per game.

Despite lineup fluctuations, he’s been a consistent presence, whether starting or coming off the bench. Notably, he hasn’t dropped below 32 fantasy points in his last three games, earning the “hot hand” tag and making him a must-stream until he cools off.

Olivier-Maxence Prosper, PF/C, Memphis Grizzlies

I typically lean toward consistent starters over fringe rotation players, but Hendricks has outplayed Prosper recently. That said, Prosper has quietly held his own in the starting lineup.

While he’s not putting up massive lines, the Marquette product hasn’t dipped below 19.6 fantasy points in eight games, averaging 10.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.0 three, and 1.0 steal in 27.3 minutes. He may not explode, but he’s a steady bet to land in the 20–30 fantasy point range in a four-game week.

Ousmane Dieng, SF/PF/C, Milwaukee Bucks

Dieng was traded three times within a 24-hour span at the 2026 NBA trade deadline before ultimately landing with the Bucks—a situation that’s worked out well for his opportunity. With Giannis Antetokounmpo dealing with an injury and the team expected to be cautious, Dieng has stepped into a starting role.

His averages of 14.3 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.3 steals aren’t eye-popping, but they provide steady production. He’s also averaging 3.0 three-pointers per game during that stretch, adding value in formats that reward threes.

As long as Giannis remains out, Dieng should stay locked into the starting lineup. With four games on the schedule—including a weekend back-to-back—he offers deep-league stability with some upside.
