2025 Fantasy Football: Weekly Winners – Week 13
Drake Maye vs. NYG
Drake Maye has had two “down” weeks in a row vs. expectation, but is set up to bounce back in Week 13. Despite ranking 11th in passing attempts this season (355), Maye’s 252 completions rank third, and his 3,190 passing yards rank first. Maye has a 21 to 6Â touchdown-to-interception ratio. Maye has rushed for 45 or more yards three times this season, which shows the dual-threat potential in the bag. Maye has finished four weeks with 23+ Fantasy Points, so he has that upside.
The Patriots will face a Giants defense in Week 13 that allows the second-most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks and the 10th-most passing yards per game (227.8). The Giants have been competitive despite their record, and Maye can have another MVP-like performance in this one.
Lamar Jackson vs. CIN
Lamar Jackson’s 4.72 and 7.22 Fantasy Points the last two weeks have been near shocking as compared to the Fantasy upside he typically had. Jackson opened up the first three weeks of the season with 26+ Fantasy Points in each of his games and has hit that mark in half of his games played this season. Jackson has finished three games with three or more passing touchdowns, and the hope is that the healthier he gets, he will return to rushing form.
The Ravens will face a Bengals defense in Week 13 that allows the third-most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks and the most passing yards per game (259.8) this season. Joe Burrow will be back this week, along with Ja’Marr Chase returning from suspension, so the game script could be very positive for Fantasy Football. Jackson will bounce back.
Jacoby Brissett vs. TB
Through six starts for the Cardinals, Jacoby Brissett is averaging 43.5 passing attempts, 29.16 completions, 314.5 passing yards, 1.83 passing touchdowns, 0.5 interceptions, 16.33 rushing yards, and 21.4 Fantasy Points. These are solid numbers for Brissett, who has been a consistent Fantasy asset.
The Cardinals will face a Buccaneers defense that allows the sixth-most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks and the sixth-most passing yards per game (243.5). When a player is consistent for Fantasy Football with proven upside, playing them in a positive matchup simply makes sense. Keep streaming Jacoby.
Travis Etienne Jr. vs. TEN
Across the last four games, Travis Etienne Jr. is averaging 18 rushing attempts, 75.25 rushing yards, 0.75 rushing touchdowns, 2.5 receptions, 20 receiving yards, 0.25 receiving touchdowns, and 18 Fantasy Points. Etienne has scored 19+ Fantasy Points the last two weeks and has been a consistent asset during this stretch of games for Fantasy Football, with seven weeks of 16+ Fantasy Points on the year.
The Jaguars will face a Titans defense that allows the fifth-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the eighth-most rushing yards per game (132.8) this season. The game script against a terrible Titans offense should favor plenty of rushing from the Jaguars this week, which should allow ETN to stay hot.
RJ Harvey vs. WAS
RJ Harvey fell short of hope right before the Week 12 BYE as the starter with JK Dobbins out. 14 touches for 50 yards felt like a let-down. Harvey has shown explosiveness with limited work in windows this season, though with 98 yards and a touchdown in Week 4, 51 yards and two touchdowns in Week 8, and 55 yards and a touchdown in Week 9. More volume should give Harvey more chances for big plays and touchdown upside.
The Broncos will face a Commanders defense in Week 13 that allows the fourth-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the sixth-most rushing yards per game (137.5) this season. The Broncos should handle the Marcus Mariota-led Commanders just fine, and I expect Harvey to have a season-high in touches this week.
Kenneth Gainwell vs. BUF
Kenneth Gainwell has had some explosive weeks this season. 19 rushing attempts for 99 yards and two rushing touchdowns with six catches for 35 yards in Week 4 was 31.4 Fantasy Points. Nine rushing attempts for 24 yards were paired with seven receptions for 81 yards and two touchdowns in Week 11 for 29.5 Fantasy Points. Then in Week 12, Gainwell rushed 10 times for 92 yards and caught six balls for 30 yards, which was 18.2 Fantasy Points. 13 catches in the last two weeks is solid receiving work.
The Steelers will face a Bills defense in Week 13 that allows the third-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the third-most rushing yards per game (148.9) this season. Gainwell’s receiving usage has been solid the last two weeks, but he has proven the ability to get it done on the ground. Even in a committee with Jaylen Warren, Gainwell has Fantasy upside this week.
Devin Neal vs. MIA
Rookie Devin Neal stepped into an elevated role in Week 12 when Alvin Kamara was injured, playing 74% of the snaps, rushing 12 times for 18 yards, and also catching five balls for 43 yards. That sort of snap percentage, paired with 17 touches, is extremely encouraging work with Alvin Kamara likely to miss time with a sprained MCL.
The Saints will face a Dolphins defense in Week 13 that allows the ninth-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the fourth-most rushing yards per game (142.6) this season. Neal should be on the field plenty in Week 13 and earn plenty of touches that will give him a nice opportunity for Fantasy relevance this week.
Tyler Allgeier vs. NYJ
Tyler Allgeier is my sleeper pick for Week 13 Fantasy Football. Allgeier is not just a standard handcuff, as he has finished six weeks with double-digit rushing attempts, three weeks with 50+ rushing yards, and he has scored seven rushing touchdowns this season. Game script is a factor for Allgeier’s work, and Week 13 presents a nice opportunity for extended work.
The Falcons will face a Jets defense in Week 13 that allows the 10th-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and also the 10th-most rushing yards per game (127.9) this season.
Khalil Shakir vs. PIT
In Week 12, Khalil Shakir caught eight of his 10 targets for 110 yards, which were all season-high marks for those categories. Shakir’s 17 Fantasy Points in Week 12 were the third time this season he has scored 17+. Shakir has 20 more targets, 22 more catches, and 116 more receiving yards than any other Bill, which proves again that he is the most reliable Josh Allen pass-catcher. Shakir currently leads all wide receivers in yards after the catch from the slot, which shows his playmaking ability.
The Bills will face a Steelers defense in Week 13 that allows the second-most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and also the second-most passing yards per game. After a big Week 12, I expect Shakir to continue rolling in Week 13 with Josh Allen in a must-win game.
Troy Franklin vs. WAS
Troy Franklin currently leads the Broncos in targets (81), receptions (46), and receiving touchdowns (five) while trailing Courtland Sutton 649 to 509 in receiving yards. The sophomore Oregon to Oregon connection between Bo Nix and Franklin has been on display. Franklin has finished three weeks with 15+ Fantasy Points and two weeks with 24+ Fantasy Points, showing FLEX upside this season.
The Broncos will face a Commanders defense in Week 13 that allows the third-most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the fourth-most passing yards per game. Franklin enters a strong matchup, technically as the Broncos’ WR1, which makes him a strong FLEX play.
Stefon Diggs vs. NYG
Before Week 12, Stefon Diggs was trending up for Fantasy Football with scores of 15.6 and 19.5 Fantasy Points. Diggs has finished three weeks with over 100 receiving yards, four weeks with 15+ Fantasy Points, and two weeks with 19+ Fantasy Points. Diggs has 12 more targets than any other Patriot so far, which is encouraging with the year Drake Maye is having.
The Patriots will face a Giants defense in Week 13 that allows the fourth-most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the 10th-most passing yards per game this season. This matchup is a solid one for Diggs to get right back on track for Fantasy Football after a down week.
Xavier Worthy vs. DAL
Xavier Worthy has really only had one solid Fantasy Football week this season, back in Week 4, where he caught five balls for 83 yards and rushed for another 38 for 17.1 Fantasy Points. Rashee Rice returned to operate very clearly as the WR1, but eight targets for Worthy in Week 12 is encouraging to see and could hint at more volume to come when the game script calls for it.
The Chiefs will face a Cowboys defense in Week 13 that allows the most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the seventh-most passing yards per game. The Chiefs vs. Cowboys game screams “shootout”, so I want pieces from this matchup for Fantasy Football. With this being such a great wide receiver matchup, this one could have some big plays from Worthy in it.

Christian Watson vs. DET
Since Christian Watson returned to football in Week 8 from his ACL tear recovery, he has finished with 85, 58, 45, 46, and 49 receiving yards. Watson scored a pair of touchdowns in Week 11, which elevated him to 20.6 Fantasy Points. Season-highs in targets (seven) and receptions (five) last week are encouraging, especially with Jayden Reed still out of the mix for Week 13 and Tucker Kraft out for the year.
The Packers will face a Lions defense in Week 13 that allows the eighth-most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers. Jordan Love finished with 188 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 1 against the Lions and you can expect him to have to throw plenty in this matchup. I like Watson as an upside FLEX option for Week 13.
Jayden Higgins vs. IND
Since Week 8, rookie Jayden Higgins has earned eight, one, seven, seven, and nine targets, which shows an important role in the Texans’ offense. During this span, Higgins has scored three touchdowns and finished three weeks with 13+ Fantasy Points. This stretch shows the potential for Higgins to have a late rookie season rise for Fantasy Football.
The Texans will face a Colts defense in Week 13 that allows the 10th-most (tied) Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the fifth-most passing yards per game. At 8-3, the Colts are a tough matchup would can emphasize plenty of passing, which could mean a FLEX-worthy week for Higgins.
Mark Andrews vs. CIN
The Lamar Jackson to Mark Andrews quarterback-to-tight-end matchup has been rock-solid for years. Andrews has scored five touchdowns this season and has consistently had that upside with Jackson. Andrews has finished three weeks with 15+ Fantasy Points so the Fantasy upside is still there for the veteran.
The Ravens will face a Bengals defense that allows the most Fantasy PPG to tight ends by a landslide, and also the most passing yards per game. Joe Burrow is back, which should emphasize this game through the air. Andrews is a guy I will be betting on to score a touchdown this week and can have a solid receiving line in general.
Juwan Johnson vs. MIA
Juwan Johnson has had a solid Fantasy Football season for the position this year, with eight weeks of double-digit Fantasy Points, and three of those have been for 15+ Fantasy Points. Johnson earned seven targets last week and has earned that total or more in six games this season as an important piece of the Saints’ passing offense. Johnson has also finished seven weeks with 45+ receiving yards.
The Saints will face a Dolphins defense in Week 13 that allows the third-most Fantasy PPG to tight ends this season. Johnson should be the second option behind Chris Olave in this matchup and can again deliver a useful double-digit Fantasy score.
Cade Otton vs. AZ
Cade Otton has stepped up the last two seasons when either or both of Mike Evans and Chris Godwin were out of the mix. Mike Evans will remain out in Week 13. Otton has earned 12, five, and seven targets in the last three games, which shows his role. Otton has four weeks of double-digit Fantasy Points with a season-high 17.2 back in Week 20 when he caught nine balls for 82 yards, which was his second game of 80+ yards this season.
The Buccaneers will face a Cardinals defense in Week 13 that allows the seventh-most Fantasy PPG to tight ends. Tampa Bay may have to roll with Teddy Bridgewater in place of Baker Mayfield if he is ruled out due to his shoulder injury, but with either quarterback, I expect Otton to be a big piece of the game plan.
Gunnar Helm vs. JAX
Rookie Gunnar Helm is my sleeper tight end for Fantasy Football in Week 13. Helm earned 12 targets and caught 10 of them, and 51 receiving yards last week was a season-high.
The Titans will face a Jaguars defense in Week 13 that allows the second-most Fantasy PPG to tight ends and the eighth-most passing yards per game this season. Helm has been trending up, and this matchup calls for what could be his best Fantasy week of the season.
