2026 NFL DFS: Monday Night Football Plays

Have no fear; there’s still more football left to be played. Week 6 of the NFL season concludes tonight as the Washington Commanders travel to San Francisco to take on the 49ers. It’s no surprise to see the home team favored by 7.5 points, but there’s a lot to like from a DFS perspective. With an over/under of 52.5 points, the expectation is that we’ll see a good amount of offense. And of course, that means DFS production. So, let’s take a look at some NFL DFS plays for Monday Night Football.

MNF Notes

Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers

The Commanders allow the second most DraftKings points to opposing quarterbacks. That’s all we need to hear as Purdy goes right into our lineups. And it’s not just trying to take advantage of a bad matchup. Purdy has been one of the better options under center this season. He’s yet to throw for fewer than two touchdowns in a game and has 13 on the season with just two interceptions. Purdy’s thrown for 1,196 yards through five games, and there’s nothing to suggest he won’t continue his success.

Mike Evans, San Francisco 49ers

Wait, Evans is dealing with an injury? In fact, it’s two, as the veteran has a questionable tag with injuries to his ribs and Achilles. For now, the assumption is that he’ll play as he looks to capitalize on the fact that Deebo Samuel is out. Evans hasn’t missed a game yet this season, and he has 24 catches for 326 yards and three touchdowns. In other words, he’s quickly established himself with Purdy and in San Francisco.

George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers

Spoiler alert: the Commanders also struggle against tight ends. They allow the second most DraftKings points to the position, and Kittle is set up to have a monster night. Samuel is already sidelined, and even with Evans at full strength, there’s still plenty of available production for Kittle. He’s averaging just over four catches per game for 54 yards to go along with four touchdowns to begin the season. There’s a lot to like here, and playing Washington just makes it that much better.

Christian Kirk, San Francisco 49ers

From a value perspective, keep an eye on Kirk. He hasn’t been activated yet this season, but he’s healthy, and there’s a need. If he’s activated for tonight’s game, I’d expect it to be because the 49ers are expecting him to have a role in the game. All we need is a touchdown with a few catches here, nothing crazy.

Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

It figures to be a high-scoring game, and the Commanders will likely be playing from behind. That means Daniels will have to take it to the air. He hasn’t really done much in the air this season with only 459 passing yards and three touchdowns, but it’s that rushing production generating the buzz. No, 103 yards and two touchdowns won’t happen every week, but seven carries for 69 yards is possible. There’s some real talent to work with as long as the elbow is healthy.

Austin Ekeler, Washington Commanders

With Jacory Croskey-Merritt out for the week, someone needs to step up for Washington. Sure Rachaad White is, or should be, ready for that. But Ekeler’s now entering his third game of the season, and he’s substantially more cost-effective. No, seven carries for 28 yards and two catches for 26 yards aren’t going to move the needle, but the expectation is that more is coming.
