Ready or not, the 2026 season has arrived! If you’re like me, you’ve been waiting months for this week. Though now that it’s here, I feel unprepared, as there are still many looming roster decisions to be made prior to the Week 1 lineup lock. Fortunately, nearly all MLB teams have given advance notice on their pitching matchups for this first week, so fantasy managers will have a few days to prepare. That’s why I’m making sure to provide the most up-to-date week 1 matchups for this first weekly starting pitcher rankings article.
