If you are still checking in for my Week 15 wide receiver rankings, let me first say congrats, because that means you are playoff-bound. This is what everyone plays for. This is make or break, and one mistake can cost you the whole season. On the brighter side, there are no more bye weeks left, so it really is who has the best team. Let’s get into some key players for the first week of the fantasy football playoffs.

Wide Receiver Notes
- Let’s start with A.J. Brown as my WR9 going against the Raiders this week. Brown started as one of the most inconsistent fantasy football wide receivers. But, as of late, he is one of the hottest fantasy wide receivers. He has three touchdowns in his last three games and should have four if his team hadn’t been called for a holding call in last week’s game. He also has 342 receiving yards in those three games. This week, he has a cake game against the Raiders. The only negative is that the Eagles could get out to a huge lead and run the ball the rest of the game. But, I would still start Brown as the Raiders’ defense is just that bad.
- Next, I have Jakobi Meyers as my WR18 this week. Meyers is playing against the Saints this week. Meyers is slowly becoming the WR1 for the Jaguars and a great flex option this week. He has a touchdown in each of his last three games and is averaging 14.7 fantasy points in those games. I would easily start Meyers as a flex option this week. Play him while he is hot.
- Lastly, I have Emeka Egbuka as my WR25 going against the Falcons. On paper, this looks like a great matchup as the Falcons are giving up the 10th most fantasy points per game to wide receivers in 28.4. But Egbuka has fallen off a cliff since Week 11. He is still getting a high target share, but has not gone over 50 receiving yards since Week 11 and does not have a touchdown. The Buccaneers look like they will be relying on the run game. Egbuka is too risky a start for me this week.
