Week 15 Dynasty Football Trade Suggestions

This week officially starts the playoffs for fantasy football in dynasty and redraft leagues alike. And I have mentioned the trade deadline a few times over the past few weeks. If you have made the playoffs in your dynasty league, and you do not have a trade deadline. Now is the time to go and get that championship. Anything can happen over these next three weeks. And you want to give yourselves the best possible chance of winning it all. You could go all-in or trust in your current squads.

As for the rebuilders, now is the time in dynasty to trade your older players. I have mentioned that a few times as well, but now is one of your last chances. In a short month, everyone will be in draft mode, and some managers will check out until free agency. So rebuilders, search for draft picks and players who are likely to get new teams, along with young players who have shown upside. However, this article will primarily be for the contenders. We can take it a week at a time for attainable veterans who have favorable matchups each week.

Week 15 Dynasty Football Trade Targets

Trade for Davante Adams

Adams is the easiest way to get a part of this crazy game that will decide matchups in Week 14. The projected point total is 55.5 points, the highest of the season. There have been two games this season that have closed at 55 points or more. The average total of those games has been 74 points. Those two games happened in the past seven days. The Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills game last Sunday was a high-scoring affair, with 75 total points. Along with the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions showdown, which totaled 73 points. And this game figures to be no different.

Many of the players in this matchup are likely locked onto dynasty rosters outside of Adams and likely Matthew Stafford. So, unless you can unload three first-round picks plus for Jahmyr Gibbs or Puka Nacua, Adams will be your best bet as a contender. With his league-leading nine touchdowns inside the five-yard line, he is a must-add for contenders looking to make a run this playoffs. And if you only counted those nine touchdowns, he would still be tied for the league lead overall. The 32-year-old Adams is locking himself into a gold jacket, and could be locking your fantasy teams into a trip to the semi-finals.

Dynasty Value

For dynasty trades, I would be okay shipping out a late first-round pick in 2026. This draft class is weaker than 2025, and we all know about 2027’s rookie class. So, a late first-round pick is fair for both sides. Adams gets the Seattle Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons to close the season. He finished as WR48 in PPR formats against the Seahawks the first time, but he was clearly playing with a back injury in that contest. Then Atlanta is allowing the tenth-most fantasy points to opposing receivers. Adams has a largely favorable schedule to close out the season and is a potential league winner.

Trade for Derrick Henry

Henry has had an uncharacteristic season by his standards. He still is RB11 in PPR formats, thanks to some low RB1 finishes. The star running back has not yet replicated his RB1 overall finish from the first week of the season. However, if there were any week of his to do it, this would be the one. Henry gets to go against the Cincinnati Bengals this week. The Bengals are giving up the most fantasy points to running backs this season, and it has been that way for weeks now. The New York Giants are closing the gap rapidly, but the Bengals are still at the top for now.

In Henry’s first game against the Bengals, he had 17.4 PPR points on only 11 total touches. That was due to the Ravens turning the ball over five times and playing from behind for the most part. The Ravens are slight favorites in this matchup, which also happens to have the second-highest projected point total at 51.5, only behind the Rams and Lions. Henry is currently -195 to score a touchdown, which implies that Henry has a 66 percent chance to score in this matchup. He also scored in the first matchup. And will be ranked as a top-five running back this week due to the matchup.

Dynasty Value

As for Henry’s dynasty value, if I could deal a rookie like Matthew Golden or someone on injured reserve like Trey Benson or Sam Laporta, I would entertain a trade like that. Ultimately, the ask will be a late first-round pick just like Adams. I would be more hesitant to do that deal, with Henry’s next matchup coming against the New England Patriots, who allow the fewest fantasy points to the position. He gets the Green Bay Packers the week after, who have been more susceptible than their ranking says. They are currently 17th in fantasy points allowed to the position.

However, in the last month, they are 20th in fantasy points allowed. So that could be considered a favorable matchup, but the one against the Patriots is brutal and might derail seasons. Trading a first-round pick for Henry is a matter of personal preference, and I would limit it to just this year’s pick. If it puts your team over the edge, consider it. I can not make that call for you, so mull over your options before resorting to that.

Final Thoughts

Adams and Henry are two fantastic trade targets for dynasty contenders, if they are on non-playoff teams. The most common team they would be on is one that thought they were going to make the playoffs but narrowly missed. Those rosters will be trying to recoup some future value. And for the off chance they are still on a rebuilder, make that offer right away. Both players will factor heavily into outcomes this week, and potentially the rest of the way.

These are the types of players to acquire in these final weeks. Yes, there are potential deals out there that do not require you to trade your first-round pick. Players like Courtland Sutton and Tony Pollard come to mind. So there are plenty of targets out there for you to acquire to win it all. So, chase those championships and take home those trophies. You will have all of the off-season to maneuver for 2026, with future assets and other factors at play. The off-season is long, but it is so much sweeter with a championship in hand. And I wish you all the best of luck this week, in the first week of the playoffs.
