Entering Week 10, it’s gut-check time across the fantasy landscape. Most managers are fighting through bye weeks, injuries, and inconsistency, trying to secure reliable production heading into the playoff push.

Week 10 Tight End Streamers
Isaiah Likely, Baltimore Ravens
As soon as Lamar Jackson returned to the field, Isaiah Likely’s fantasy relevance instantly rebounded. His season-high 60 yards against Miami’s defense showed flashes of the athleticism that make him a perennial “what if” for fantasy managers.
Still, as long as Mark Andrews is healthy, Likely’s ceiling will stay limited. But if Andrews ever misses time again, Likely immediately becomes a high-end fantasy starter — making him a smart stash-and-hold in deeper leagues.
In Jackson’s first game back, Likely saw four targets, catching three passes for 60 yards. The chemistry between the two is real, and history tells us Likely can deliver big games when given the opportunity.
Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Since Week 5, Cade Otton has quietly emerged as one of the more consistent tight ends in fantasy. He owns a 19.2% target share, averages 59.3 receiving yards per game, and is producing 2.14 yards per route run, per Fantasy Points Data.
Otton has posted double-digit fantasy points in three straight games and has seen at least five targets in each of his last four. With Tampa Bay dealing with injuries across the offense, Otton’s involvement should remain steady.
The Buccaneers face New England in Week 10, a defense that’s strong overall but ranks as the 10th-easiest matchup for opposing tight ends. Otton is a solid streaming play for anyone in need of stability at the position.
Week 10 Tight End Sleepers
Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers
When Tucker Kraft went down with a knee injury in Week 8, Luke Musgrave stepped up and made the most of his opportunity. The second-year tight end caught all three of his targets for 34 yards and finished third on the team in routes run (20, good for a 50% route participation rate).
A 2023 second-round pick, Musgrave flashed potential as a rookie before injuries allowed Kraft to pass him on the depth chart. Now, with Kraft sidelined, Musgrave gets another chance to prove he belongs atop the rotation.
Given the Packers’ wide receiver injuries and his athletic upside, Musgrave is a borderline TE1 rest-of-season if he locks down the starting role. Don’t be surprised if he becomes a late-season difference-maker.
Greg Dulcich, Miami Dolphins
In his Dolphins debut, Greg Dulcich caught all five of his targets for 49 yards, earning a 13.5% target share — third on the team.
With Darren Waller sidelined indefinitely, Dulcich becomes a sneaky deep-league add in one of the league’s most explosive offenses. The tight end role in Miami has quietly produced solid volume, and Dulcich’s early usage suggests he could carve out meaningful fantasy value moving forward. Dulcich was someone I thought would break out when he was in Denver a few years back, so everything sets up nicely here. Steal him off the waivers from your league mates.
