2026 Fantasy Football: Week 4 Tight End Rankings

Brock Bowers isn’t just back; he is back. There was enough excitement around the fact that Bowers was active for the first time all season. Then, all he did was go out and catch 10 passes for 116 yards and a touchdown. Order was restored at the top of the tight end rankings in what was an exciting Week 3 around the NFL. Now, it’s time to dig into our Week 4 tight end rankings.

Tight End Notes

Kenyon Sadiq, New York Jets

Everything lined up perfectly for Sadiq in Week 3, and the rookie took full advantage. However, now that we’ve seen what Sadiq is capable of, the training wheels are off. With New York’s second and third receivers and backup tight end, Adonai Mitchell, Omar Cooper, and Mason Taylor, all sidelined, it was a career day for the rookie.

While we can’t expect Sadiq to catch seven of eight targets for 105 yards and a touchdown each week, was his performance all that surprising? There’s a reason why the Jets drafted Sadiq 16th overall, and it was certainly on display in Week 3. Yes, the conditions were ripe against a Detroit defense missing multiple safeties, but Sadiq delivered. The concern now, and I hate to poor cold water on his success, is that we’ve already seen the best game of Sadiq’s season. However, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t consider him as a streaming option at tight end, though.

Harold Fannin, Cleveland Browns

Maybe DeShaun Watson isn’t a half-bad quarterback after all? More importantly, and this isn’t surprising, it appears Fannin’s success as a rookie wasn’t a fluke. He did get off to a slow start in Week 1 with two catches for 21 yards, but things have been a lot better in his last two games. Most importantly, he caught two touchdown passes last week, but in his last two games, Fannin has 12 catches for 105 yards on 15 targets.

Cleveland’s offense has some intriguing young skill players, and Fannin appears to be at the top of the list.

Juwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints

Tyler Shough is proving to be a more than capable option under center for New Orleans. That’s important here as it means Johnson continues to be a strong option at tight end. He caught two touchdowns in Week 3 to solidify that thought process.

Through the first three weeks of the season, Johnson has 15 catches for 173 yards and three touchdowns. If he continues on his current pace, Johnson should finish just short of the 1,000-yard mark at about 980 yards. While he wasn’t drafted as a TE1, treating him as such is perfectly reasonable.

Tyler Warren, Indianapolis Colts

To begin the season, Warren was touchdown-dependent for the first two weeks. The good news is that he did catch a touchdown pass each week. However, it’s also not sustainable to catch nine passes for just 34 yards and be fantasy relevant. That is, without finding the end zone.

In Week 3, Warren didn’t catch a touchdown pass, but he did secure nine of his 10 targets for 55 yards. With 22 targets over the first three weeks of the season, and especially with Alex Pierce sidelined, Warren continues to be a large part of the Colts’ offense. While we’d like to see Warren average more than 4.9 yards per catch, there’s something to be said about his dependability and target share.
