Week 10 MLB FAAB Report

Nathaniel Lowe (1B – Cincinnati Reds) – 32% Rostered

On his fourth team in three years, Lowe is off to a solid start in 2026 with a .273/.353/.570 slash line. He is also on pace for a career-high power season with 18 extra-base hits, including nine home runs. He has been especially good recently, going into Saturday’s action with hits in eight straight, which includes four doubles and three home runs.

More good news as the advanced stats back up the counting stats as he sits in the 80th percentile or better in six different high-impact categories. Most impressive and positive for high-end fantasy production is the 95th percentile in xSLG, 86th percentile in xWOBA, and 99th percentile in Launch Angle Sweet Spot %.

He should be a top add in all formats while he is red hot.

Spencer Horwitz (1B – Pittsburgh Pirates) – 53% Rostered

Another first baseman trending in a big way. Horwitz has been on a heater during May, with an elite .329/.427/.532 slash line. He doesn’t provide much power but is an extremely consistent hitter and has an elite awareness of the strike zone (9.4% walk rate in May). He may not be flashy, but he provides stability in your lineup, covering multiple categories. He is in play in all formats.

Joshua Baez (OF – St. Louis Cardinals) – 51% Owned

Baez has been displaying elite power upside through his first 48 games in AAA and is a likely candidate to make the jump to the Cardinals’ lineup very soon. He sits second in home runs with 16 and backs it up with an elite profile (via TJStats) outside the ugly swing and miss numbers. I think we can live with it, considering the upside, and the good news is that he has struck out just six times over the last eight games. The Cardinals are also a rebuilding team that is somewhat lacking outfield depth outside of Jordan Walker.

If you have room on your roster to hold him until he gets called up, now is the time to jump on it, as the upside will have his roster % going up fast once the call is made.

Zack Littell (SP – Washington Nationals) – 32% Owned

The overall numbers make me nauseous, but with pitching very hard to come by, I am considering Littell a plus streaming option. I will also put on my small sample size blinders, as he has been very solid recently, picking up the win in three straight and four of his last five games. It was also very promising to see a season-high seven strikeouts in his last start in Cleveland against a team with the third-lowest K rate this season. If you are desperate for pitching, he is definitely serviceable, but I do prefer him in points leagues over roto leagues.
