That was just brutal with Tucker Kraft. He was on his way to a dominant season, and now fantasy football managers are left to find a replacement. While Luke Musgrave should be on your radar, there are other options to consider. I’m not sure we’re going to find another Oronde Gadsden, but once he came through at a high level. However, Colston Loveland did give it a pretty good try last week. And then we had Brock Bowers break the slate.
All we can do is move forward, so let’s take a look at our Week 10 NFL Tight End Rankings. Before we do that, we’re going to take a look back at some of the top performers from Week 9. And then, it’s time to set the stage for Week 10 of the NFL season at the tight end position.

Injury Notes for Week 10
Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers
After tearing his ACL, it’s a formality that Tucker Kraft was placed on Injured Reserve this week. Kraft was in the midst of a dominant season, and now the Packers will turn to Luke Musgrave.
It’s going to be difficult for Green Bay to replace Kraft’s production, and it’s likely not going to come from a single player. To this point, Kraft had 32 catches for 489 yards and six touchdowns. Musgrave is talented, but with just nine catches for 88 yards on the season, he hasn’t done much so far in 2025. However, an increased role should lead to more production. Just don’t expect him to be Kraft on his own.
Tight End Notes
Brock Bowers, Las Vegas Raiders
Now that’s a return to action. After missing multiple weeks due to injury, Brock Bowers tried to make up for it all in Week 9.
We can safely say there’s nothing lingering as it relates to Bowers’ health. Perhaps just as important is that Bowers was a large part of the game plan and showed a clear chemistry with quarterback Geno Smith.
Bowers was targeted 13 times, and he finished with 12 catches for 127 yards. What truly moved the needly, though, and in a big way, was Bowers’ three touchdowns. They were the first touchdowns of his season after a strong rookie campaign.
Of course, he’s not going to catch three touchdowns every week, but we know what he’s capable of. It’s a tough matchup this week against Denver, but Bowers should be very busy from a target perspective. The trade of Jakobi Meyers to Jacksonville also helps Bowers.
Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills
What we really need is consistency here. It was the second game this season in which Dalton Kincaid broke the century mark, but there are also two games in which he has just one catch each.
Kincaid did catch his fourth touchdown of the season as part of a six-catch, 101-yard game. On the season, Kincaid has 27 catches for 411 yards as he balances on the verge of a breakout. His matchup against Miami this week could help as Kincaid looks to continue that success.
Theo Johnson, New York Giants
Things don’t look too good in New York on an overall level. However, Jaxson Dart is doing his best to alter that narrative. While doing so, he’s doing it with the help of Theo Johnson.
The expectation is that Dart will continue to target Johnson as the rookie center looks to emerge. Once again, Johnson caught a touchdown pass last week. That gives him five touchdowns over the last six games.
From a fantasy perspective, it was the touchdown that made Johnson’s afternoon as he finished with three catches, on six targets, for 27 yards. In each of the last three games, Johnson has three receptions for a total of 113 yards. This week, though, facing the Chicago Bears should only serve to boost Johnson’s production.
Juwan Johnson, TE, New Orleans Saints
The New Orleans Saints are, very clearly, not playing for 2025. They have turned to Tyler Shough under center, and they also traded Rashid Shaheed at the trade deadline. That removed a great deal of targets from the Saints offense, and one of the major beneficiaries will be Juwan Johnson.
Johnson finished with three catches, on four targets, for 31 yards and a touchdown last week. It was his second touchdown of the season and brought his totals to 39 catches for 399 yards. I’d look for his role to increase moving forward, as we also know that the Saints will be playing from behind.
