Week 15 – Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire

The week 15 EPL waiver wire comes quickly again and after lots of surprises and rotations. Fantrax EPL Managers need to stay agile and ready to adjust.

Mid week suggestion Omar Hutchinson provided the assist for Forest’s only goal in the 1-0 win, and he’s still only rostered in 12% of leagues.  Malick Thiaw and Newcastle conceded two, and the center back had a sub par score. But they host Burnley, so he continues to be a solid choice. Eddie Nketiah still found himself as just a sub for Crystal Palace. Joshua Zirkzee started again for Manchester United but didn’t add much to the play or Fantrax points.

Week 15 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire

Week 15 suggestions (rostered 50% or less) are listed in order from most to least rostered.

Samuel Chukwueze – Forward – Fulham vs Crystal Palace

Chukwueze has been a revelation for Fulham, and one has to think that he will start to get more playing time. He scored a brace in the epic near-comeback against Manchester City. He supplied assists in his previous two games as well. He’s active and playing with confidence. Crystal Palace is a solid team, but he’s worth holding for a while to see if his attacking prowess continues over multiple games.

Luke Shaw – Defender – Wolves vs Manchester United

Wolves have just become a great matchup for any time playing them. United, currently in 8th, have been up and down recently, while Wolves just continue to be down. Shaw and another United player become options in this matchup. Shaw still has the ability to get forward, so managers looking this way on the EPL waiver wire would be hoping for stats on both sides of the field.

Jack Hinshelwood – Defender – Brighton vs West Ham

Hinshelwood got a start in the last game, and injuries are mounting for Brighton. He had an assist and helped Brighton climb back into the game in a 3-4 loss to Aston Villa. Brighton hosts a struggling 18th-place West Ham team, which hasn’t won in three games. Hinshelwood provides a differential option for Fantrax managers who are looking for someone with an interesting upside.

Lewis Miley – Midfielder – Newcastle vs Burnley

Miley has now started two straight games for Newcastle. In Week 13, he had a goal and an assist, and he followed up in the midweek game with a 16-point performance. Newcastle has scored eight goals after their last three games and hasn’t lost in that stretch. Miley is not a sure starter, but with the matchup against 19th-place Burnley, he’s worth a look on the EPL waiver wire.
