The week 26 EPL waiver wire will come and go quickly, as games start up on Tuesday for this week. It’s also the first “double game week” of the season in many Fantrax leagues. Arsenal and Wolves play each other in another game that will count towards week 26 points. All Wolves and Gunners have added value for this game week.

Week 25 suggestion, Douglas Luiz had another good game, who is looking like a week in and out starter for both Aston Villa and Fantrax managers. Fofana scored a solid six points, but the goal from Wolves kept Chelsea from a clean sheet and a really good score. Pablo was a late sub for West Ham, but still managed five points. Tammy Abraham got just three minutes in their 1-1 draw, as Ollie Watkins was back. Managers will have to see what role Tammy will have moving forward.
Week 26 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire
Week 26 suggestions (rostered 50% or less) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
Gabriel Martinelli – Midfielder – Rostered 49% – Brentford vs Arsenal, Wolves vs Arsenal
Martinelli’s last two EPL appearances have both come off the bench, and he provided an assist in each of those. With a midweek game coming quickly and Leandro Trossard coming off with an injury, there’s a strong chance Martinelli gets the start. There’s also a chance he gets minutes in both games during week 26, giving him additional value. This is a bit of risky play, as he certainly isn’t assured any minutes. But there is high upside here.
Rayan – Forward – Rostered 43% – Everton vs Bournemouth
Rayan has now played two games for Bournemouth, with a goal and an assist to show for it. There were concerns about where goals would come from when Semenyo left for City, but Bournemouth are undefeated in five games, having scored 10 goals in that stretch. Rayan is just the next piece to fit into a team playing with confidence. Everton is a tough opponent, but Rayan could be a long-term pick as well.
Tolu Arokodare- Forward – Rostered 10% – Nottingham Forest vs Wolves, Wolves vs Arsenal
Tolu scored against Chelsea, for just his second goal of the season. That’s a bit deceiving as he’s turned in some good point performances when he starts. There’s real value here over the two games for him and a set of Wolves, who find ways to get points. Forest is 17th, so it’s a not a bad matchup in the first game. They then host Arsenal, and any points there would be a nice bonus. I’m a believer in rostering players with two games and therefore two chances to get points, so managers should be looking at Wolves players, mids, and forwards, especially, on the EPL waiver wire.
Evann Guessand- Forward – Rostered 11% – Crystal Palace vs Burnley
The recent transfer from Aston Villa made an immediate impact as a sub in his debut for Palace. He assisted the winning goal against Brighton. With injuries up front at Palace, Guessand has a chance for a start this week and moving forward. Burnley have been dreadful, so there should be chances for Guessand and teammates to take advantage a struggling opponent, who have the most goals conceded in the EPL. He’s worth watching as a long-term choice if he can get consistent starts.
Anticipate rotation with the midweek game and check for team news. Have fun. Good luck.
